Toning those muscles is good, but if you still have fat over them you won't be able to see them.You need cardio exercise to burn fat from anywhere on your body my preferred cardio workouts are running, bicycling, and various aerobics DVDs including Turbo Jam and the cardio workouts in the P90X program (Cardio X, Kenpo X, and Plyometrics).Cardio exercise (to burn fat) combined with a good ab workout routine, should leave you with a nice looking tummy eventually (depends on how much weight you have to lose, and how long it take to tone those abs).References :
