Microsoft Windows based PCs: A realistic minimum for the suite is PC running WIN98 se or better, with at least 256MB of memory. A serial port and/or USB connection is necessary.

Obviously, whatever platform is chosen must also have an available USB or RS232 interface depending upon how you're going to connect the LocoBuffer.
