ANGEL: Recruitment policy

These are our recruitment requirements, if you fit all of these then you'll have no problems getting into the alliance. If you don't fit the requirements then it may take a little longer, we do make exceptions (especially in Oceans with fewer Angels), but they're subject to a vote.
- A score of 750+
- A colony
- A decent sized army and fleet, lets say about 700+ spears and 60+ LWS
- Experience
- Friendliness
- A sense of humour
A NOTE ON JOINING UNDER FIRE:
Angel is not obligated to defend new players from attacks that began before you became an Angel member. We will do everything in our power to resolve a situation diplomatically. And we will certainly defend you if attacks continue after you become a member.
As Guardian Angels we expect that our members show a degree of respect, decency, and maturity to all players of the game. Those who can not do this will not be a Guardian Angel. If it comes to our attention that you brought attacks upon yourself (usually from inactivity, or behaving inappropriately) we will remove you from the alliance.
