Inactive players are those who sign up and either; never log on or log on and decide not to play, or older established accounts that the owner has abandoned. They can also be accounts which have been blocked by the game owner.
Since inactives are people who do not play the game (inselkampf) very often. They tend to have full storehouses and are great for farming.
