===Nautical Miles===&lt;br /&gt;
The distance between 2 adjacent islands is 1 nautical mile.  A group of islands is a square with each side being 10 nautical miles long.&lt;br /&gt;
It might be possible that ships may be can't travel diagonally (the distance between '1' and '10' is the same as the distance between '1' and '55').&lt;br /&gt;

New islands will appear in the same group of islands until it has 40 islands.  New groups of islands will appear in the same ocean (directly to the right of or directly below the newest group) until the ocean has 100 groups of islands.  Oceans are filled in from the upper-left to the lower-right.  New oceans appear in the same pattern:&lt;br /&gt;

At the time of writing, only oceans 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 11 have any islands.  The little direction pad buttons on the map screen won't let the user go beyond oceans 1 through 25.  It may be a safe assumption that once the first 25 oceans fill in, a new quadrant (oceans 26 through 50) will appear immediately to the right of the first quadrant etc.&lt;/div&gt;</description>

Typically a compensation is paid by the over-colo'er to you of 35K gold, 25K wood (cost of colo ship), however other arrangements can be made, depending on amount required to clear the isle, who you're dealing with, alliance embargos and agreements.&lt;/div&gt;</description>

&lt;div&gt;What is the minimum colonization force possible? &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The only minimum is that you need a colo ship, and the main house complete knocked down. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Possible outcomes:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
(a) Colo success.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
You lose your colo ship, the rest of the fleet returns to the original isle.  If you attacked with stonies, they stick around on the new isle.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
(a) Colo fails:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
During the colo attack if more than 50% of your troops are killed, your colony ship will be lost. Since colony ships are expensive ensure that the majority, if not all the defenders, are destroyed before your colony ship attack arrives. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
During colo attack, if you have less than 50 troops with your colo ship, and colo fails, you will lose your colo ship.&lt;/div&gt;</description>

&lt;div&gt;*When you first log on you must level up your main house to level 1 immediately.&lt;br /&gt;
*Make gold mine, lumber mill, stone quarry to level 10 each so not to use all the space up, Leveling the store house as you need.&lt;br /&gt;
*Make your store house to level 15. (minimum level 15 required for building colo ships, for expansion)&lt;br /&gt;
*Make your main house to level 10. (minimum level 10 for most buildings)&lt;br /&gt;
*Make your lab to level 10 (minimum level 10 for sail research, required for making ships)&lt;br /&gt;
*Research sail (1), spear (1), shield (1). At the same time make your barracks level 5 (min for spears), Your harbor level 5.&lt;br /&gt;
*Make spear men.(needed to train spears: 5 Barracks 1 spear 1 shiled.)reserch&lt;br /&gt;
*Reserch spear (2), shield (2). (while doing the above spears)&lt;br /&gt;
*Make 10 Warships (for colo'ing, to not lose your colo ship on failed attempts, you need minimum 50 soldiers with colo ship, 50 soldiers fit on 10 warships).&lt;br /&gt;
*Make harbor level 10 (min level 10 required to build colo ship).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Consider using your next isle as a feeding island to your original.  For example, allow it to be optimized for building stone throwers (only stonies and catapults can be transported to other isles), mining gold, wood, or stone.&lt;br /&gt;
