NATIONAL HUMANITIES CENTER FELLOWSHIPS

Targeted Fields Open to all fields. In addition to scholars from all fields of humanities, the Center accepts individuals from the natural and social sciences, the arts, the professions, and public life who are engaged in humanistic projects.

Open To Postdoctoral Scholars.

No citizenship requirements.

Eligibility Requirements Must have received a PhD within the last 10 years. Support is not provided for revisions to doctoral dissertations.

Stipend Awards up to $60,000, depending on need, are for one academic year.

Deadline 10/15/2009

Program Description Approximately 40 residential fellowships for advanced study in the humanities during the academic year.
