IRC stands for Internet Relay Chat, which provides a way of communication with people from all over the world. It consists of various separate networks of IRC servers.
How do you use IRC?
To use IRC, one may need a client, such as mIRC. To download mIRC go here. There are also other clients one can use to access the IRC servers.
On the main server window, type /server irc.deltaanime.net, and then wait for it to connect. After you are connected to the server, type "/j #euphro", which would make you join the actual IRC channel.
Although, downloading mIRC is not required; one may also just use one's web browser and go here.
