	A. The issue is urban sprawl the problem is that the infostructure of the city is suffering becausw of poor city planning. Thansportation on streets is suffering as a result there is more polution. 	B. I think that some of the solutions I could think of would be better zoneing of the city. I would also start to inprove transportation.
