	Smart Growth Vs Sprawl Is the issue. Sprawl happens when a community fails to plan and gives no thought to the character it wishes to build. 	I don't honestly have an opinion on the matter but on the surface it seems like Smart Growth would be the best resolution. Public Transportations like buses are a huge carpool thats cheaper and saves people money on the high gas prices. 	I think that it is a possible solution if the community is willing to adjust their standard of living in order to make it work. In some cases it may be highly difficult to get the community to cooperate but in others it may be simpler.
