	I feel that the Title X program and the EPICC are both very god ideads and should both be taken into consideration. I mean we've seen what teaching abstinence does and it's obviously not working. Programs like these are a step in the right direction. Fighting insurance companies is a must at this point because ther's nothing else being done about it. 	b)The stedily rising human consumption is one of the biggest environmental problems today.(Especially the U.S.)Polluting fresh water sources and killing off species isn't helping either. Migration is caused by several things but fair trade would help some people be okay with where they are due to hte conditions being decent. -EPICC- Equity in Prescription Insurance Contraceptive Coverage Act. The EPICC is to get insurance companies to add contraceptive coverage to their policies.Not only would it be cost effective but the Federal Government obviously thinks it's a good idea because Federal employees all have acces to comprehensive contraceptive coverage.

-Abstinence Only- This option is nice and all but it doesn't really work. Do to the fact that federal funding only goes to abstinence only teachings the government is'nt helping much.
