Wilhelmina (usually called "Wil") is part-dragon, part-fairy, and part-Kryptonian. Mostly this shows itself cosmetically, as she is a purple dragon-morph with fairy wings.
A Vice Mage (which has currently only manifested in the creation of any drink she has tasted from water, and magic fireworks) and a barmaid (with super snazzy barmaid outfit), she is a great singer when intoxicated.
