Blizzara is a 2nd level Black Magic spell. It is the enhanced version of Blizzard and the precedent of Blizzaga
Effect
Blizzara reduces the targets external temperature to zero degrees Centigrade. This usually causes the moisture in the surrounding area to freeze, often encasing the target in ice for a short time. It is an ice element spell and is effective against fire.
