'''Cheez''' the poster is a bunny from Reading, England. He is into TF and TG, and has a Yahoo group dedicated to these (but mainly TG). He also has ideas for 2 webcomics, but lacks the artistic talent to actually draw them.

He's made the default setting in this Deathclaw V3, because they're cool and having giant teeth and claws and thick, armour-like hide is very useful, especially in the various [[EGS Defence Force|EGS defence]] threads.

== Fluff ==

*He is a loyal member of the [[EGS Defence Force]], and has the honour of seriously wounding Agent Bunny. He was almost killed at the Battles of the Mall and the Park. He is currently a Captain, and has been described as a 'bloodthirsty lunatic'.

*He sometimes greets newbies, and gives them shiny hubcaps and cans of mackerel. He also gives half eaten cheese sandwiches, gas masks, solid cubes of gas and glass bottles, among other things. If they haven't already been drafted, he recruits them into the EGS Defence Force. He also gives them 1 weapon, which he chooses randomly.

*For birthdays and deityhoods, he gives diamond-studded hubcaps.

*His name is often misspelled by other posters- usually this means he gets called 'Cheeze' and sometimes even 'cheese'. I AM NOT FOOD! He doesn't really mind the former, but the latter gets him a bit angry and paranoid- he's had some bad experiences on the CRFH forum where people did mistake him for cheese.

*His sanity is represented by a small goblin called Nihtgenga, who is also the reason why he likes vikings, the Norse, ETC. Nihtgenga sometimes gets knocked out of his head. When this happens, Cheez tends to go insane. But not usually violent insane, just random insane. His hatred, violence and aggression are represented by a small suit of black, red-glowing armour called Hyksos. When he leaves Cheez's head, he goes all peacey. Insanity, randomness, ETC is represented by 'Thing', a vaguely humanoid thing whose form is constantly changing. All three are small enough to stand on someone's shoulder.

*He's also [[ChewyChunkyChocolateMonkey]]'s minion.

Cid the Author (The guy writing this) is a lot similar to his character Cid (See below)in most aspects. They both share the same interests, wear the same clothes, and have the same messy hair. But they do have their differences. Cid the Author for example, loves to draw, and despite his fairly average work, does it for fun, while Cid the Character doesn't find it as fun. When not staring mindlessly at his PC's monitor, Cid the Author can either be found staring mindlessly at his TV, reading, or drawing. If he's not there, he'll be slacking off somewhere with his PSP.

The EGS Defence Force (EGS-DF) is responsible for protecting the comic & its forums from attemped invasions during [[The Crossover Wars]], particularly the [[Evil Overlords United|EOU]] webcomic.

==Command Structure==
*In overall command of the EGS-DF is [[Ajac]]; however in practice he rarely has to intervene in the decisions made by subordinates, and can be considered "first amongst equals".
*Second in command is [[Amon Star]].
*[[KylenPhylar]] is a General and the one responsible for setting up [[Fort Mayhem]]. As such he also has the rank of Supreme Commander of Fort Mayhem.
*[[Teleros]], alongside Ajac, is one of the major recruitment officers via the [[Newbie intro thread]].
*[[Ankhareon]] serves as the local seer, Boardie liason and comicbunny and is responsible for the creation of the [[Operation Lagomorph]] Comics (EGS side).

==Elite Strike Force==
The ESF is responsible for the rescue of bunnies from EOU, Strategic assaults and covert ops.

==Strategic Planning Office==
The SPO is responsible for organising the overall conduct of the campaign. Whilst individual commanders may decide the tactics and strategies used in a specific engagement, the SPO is there to co-ordinate the overall defence and provide a cohesive focus for the EGS Defence Force. Whilst its members are unlikely to ever see actual combat, they play a crucial role behind the scenes instead. It's current members are:

==Alliances==
An offer of support against the EOU has been extended by the CRFH!!! [http://ocd.funkyhorror.net Board]. Talks are currently in process about drafting a formal alliance and forming a combined strategy.

The EGS Mayhem Defense has been approached by a CRFH!!! boardie named Brindalin with an offer of support in the form of weapons, vehicles, and starships. Not much is known about Brindalin beyond the fact that she may be in competition with [http://ocd.funkyhorror.net/fleet.html FLEET], and if so, likely has a death wish. Brindalin has hinted at designing a Super-Weapon/Spacestation for defense again the EOU.

==Combat Doctrine==
*Given the ability of forces from the [[Evil Overlords United|EOU]] webcomic to essentially teleport in or be created by forum users [[Ti-Phil]] and possibly [[Netpoet22]], current thinking has focused on small, highly mobile units distributed in such a way that when a portal is detected it can be contained as quickly as possible, to prevent the buildup of droids within the forums.
*The use of both magical and technology-based forces by [[Evil Overlords United|EOU]] has also lead to a similar mix in the Defence Force, in order to prevent the rapid reaction units being defeated by enemies they have little or no defence against.

*Prior to any invasion, the [[Evil Overlords United|EOU]] webcomic sent [[Death Bunny]] to the forums as a spy. Death Bunny was successful in stealing several crates of [[TF Gun]]s & planting DRACO beacons on the others, so that when they were transferred to the [[Funky Horror]], EOU could lock onto their positions and attack the station. He was eventually exposed by [[Loweko]], having earlier been found not guilty during a trial.
*[[The Rabbity Thing]] has also expressed an interest in aiding EOU.
*[[Ti-Phil]] and [[Netpoet22]] are staff on the EOU webcomic.

==Recruitment==
*A combination of both conscription and volunteers. Teleros in particular has a habit of signing up newbies when handing out gifts in the [[Newbie intro thread]]. Bunnies already here meanwhile have tended to sign up of their own free will.
*There is also a fight going on between [[Ankhareon|Anya]] and [[Squata]] [http://forums.keenspot.com/viewtopic.php?t=96078 here] to attempt to get the latter to join without attacking other members. As of 1 May 2007 the fight was over with Squata having subdued Anya with catnip, causing it to be declared a tie. Squata then declined joining though invitations have been extended should she attempt freelance work. Squata in turn has offered to train Anya and given her the option of a rematch should she desire to try again. Amazingly the two have left relatively uninjured, and on good terms.
