AlmostReadytoFly: /* Fluff */

'''AlmostReadytoFly''' is a rather boring bunny also known as ARF, and sometimes erroneously as ARTF. He mostly plays games in Mayhem, and joined the first Discworld RP, but didn't post much before it died.

== History ==
ARF joined EGS Mayhem in October 2005, but lurked for a while before and after this. For many months he had a female avatar (Gilly from Dork Tower), then later a pink bunny avatar, leading some to think he was a girl.

== Name Origin ==
The alias 'AlmostReadytoFly' was created when its owner's initials (ARF) were put into the [http://www.acronymfinder.com acronymfinder.com] search engine. It is for this reason that ARTF is incorrect.

== Art ==
AlmostReadytoFly has now completed the first phase of his Bunny Art plan. In its entirety, the plan is as follows:
*Get a DeviantArt account
*Learn to draw
*Get access to a scanner

== Possessions ==
-A small, blue, big red button. A magical cookie from Peragrin, a kitten-proof puppy from Alavaria, TF Gun (shrinkray and copy/paste enabled), Some cookie crumbs wrapped in shiny plastic, A squirrel teddy, 10 copy/pasted sixpacks of unlabelled soda, minus one can, A dead trout, An emu (just add water!), 20 pineapple cheesecakes, a remote control with a big red button, 253 wiki experience points, the symbol for mercury: [[☿]], and an invitation to play wikichess

== RP Character(s)==
* [[Clarence Tibworth]], in the [[Discworld RP]]

== Fluff ==
* ARF has purple hair again. It's not so much fluffy as flyaway. The irony of that has just struck.
* ARF doesn't like it if you won't make some sort of effort to spell your posts correctly, and may dismiss your posts as not worth the bother of reading.
* ARF has a blog where he posts almost entirely in limericks. He doesn't plan on telling you where it is.

Dayantis

AlmostReadytoFly: /* Dayantis */

== Dayantis ==

Is “the darling hubby of [[IceTigerLily]]”, as she herself states. (he is and you know it - ITL)

Dayantis is from Britain. As a result, our afternoon can be his late night.

Various rumours claim that Dayantis is also known as the infamous [[Raldore and Erasmo|Erasmo]].

==In LPL==

''Note from Joat: This being written by someone other than the creator of the character, it may contain some inaccuracies.''

There are two versions of Dayantis that I know of. One resides in [[LPL]]. This version has the following statistics:

'''Race:''' Half-serval
'''Gender:''' Male
'''Class:''' [[Calica]]
'''Age:''' ??
'''Appearance:''' Light brown fur, with black spots
'''Special Abilities:''' Can comprehend all languages and all creatures can comrehend him
'''Unsolved Mysteries:''' None
'''Birthplace:''' ???
'''Current Home:''' ??? (Assumed to be somewhere in LPL, if he has a home at all)
'''Known Family:''' Brother ([[The Dark One]])

He is in love with [[Sevilin]]. He is of good alignment and is a cross-thread character. He also has an evil twin (who technically predates him in LPL) who was created for the purpose of torturing Akiva. This twin is now cursed to continually glow black, allowing for easy differentiation from the real Dayantis.

==In LPW==

''Note from Joat: This being written by someone other than the creator of the character, it may contain some inaccuracies.''

This version of Dayantis resides solely in [[LPW]] and, to my knowledge, never crosses threads. This version has the following statistics:

Currently dead
'''Race:''' Half-serval
'''Gender:''' Male
'''Class:''' None
'''Age:''' ??
'''Appearance:''' Light brown fur, with black spots
'''Special Abilities:''' None
'''Unsolved Mysteries:''' None
'''Birthplace:''' ???
'''Current Home:''' [[LPW]]
'''Known Family:''' None

He is in love with either [[Seri]] or [[Lommella]], though for the life of me I can’t remember which one. He is of good alignment.

'''The Great Raldore and Erasmo''', physicist-magicians and wanted men, have not been seen since their last lecture series was cut short by a nuclear melt-down. Anonymously-sent videos have been received claiming this was an unavoidable accident, but police still wish to take them in for questioning.
If you see them, you are advised to contact the National Radiological Protection Board. Do not approach them, as they are believed to be active and dangerous.
Several unsubstantiated sources have claimed that Raldore and Erasmo are in fact pseudonyms of [[AlmostReadytoFly]] and [[Dayantis]]. Both deny all responsibility, and claim merely to be avid fans of the infamous duo.

Level 1 Male Elf with no class
Effective level of 3
Five cards in hand (5 dungeon, 0 treasure)

'''''Equipment:'''''
'''The Other Ring'''
+2 Bonus
You may automatically Run Away from any combat, regardless of other cards played on you, but you lose a level. You may also use it as a Wishing Ring (i.e., to cancel a Curse), discarding it afterward.
1,000 Gold Pieces
==Beacon==
Level 5 Male Orc Warrior
'''''Equipment:'''''
'''Warrior'''
Berserking: You may discard up to 3 cards in combat; each one gives you a +1 bonus.
You win ties in combat

'''Orc'''
An Orc who is hit with a curse can always choose to ignore the curse and lose a level instead - unless he's already at Level 1.
When an Orc fighting alone defeats a monster by more than 10, he goes up an extra level.
Usable once only.
No Value - but who cares?
'''Mace of Sharpness''' +4
Level 9 Female Half-Gnome Wizard
Effective level of 21
Four cards in hand (1 dungeon, 3 treasure)

'''Gnome'''
-1 to Run Away
In combat alone, you may play one monster from your hand as an thingy; cards may enhance this monster normally. Its levels add to yours for one combat only; then it vanishes.
Monsters treat you as a Halfling; they are too dumb to know the difference. Exception: The Floating Nose and Shadow Nose will never pursue you.

'''Halfling'''
-1 to Run Away.
You may sell one item each turn for double price (other items are at normal price).

'''Wizard'''
Flight Spell: Discard a card to get a +1 to fleeing. (max 3)
Stuff Spell: Dump hand to cancel out a monster. You get treasure, but no level.

'''''Equipment:'''''
'''The Occasionally Reliable Amulet'''
When a curse hits you, roll a die. On a roll of 1-3, the curse takes effect and the amulet is discarded. On a 4-6 the curse is blocked; discard the curse. On a 6, you also go up a level!
600 Gold Pieces
'''Gnomex Suit'''
+4 Bonus
Usable by Gnome Only
This may be worn over other armor, but if something makes you lose your armor, you lose it ALL.
Armor, 600 Gold Pieces
'''Familiar'''
+3 Bonus
Usable by Wizard Only
400 Gold Pieces

'''Chainsaw Of Bloody Dismemberment''' (Attached to Poisoned)
+3 Bonus (+5 with '''Poisoned''')
2 Hands, Big, 800 Gold Pieces
'''Poisoned''' (Attached to Chainsaw Of Bloody Dismemberment)
+2 Bonus
This card must be placed with an item that gives a level bonus.
That item is now the Poisoned (whatever), and is worth an extra +2 in combat. This card goes with the item if it is lost, stolen, or discarded. It can also be used with the Rat on a Stick to make it a +4 bonus item. Yum!
Level 1 Male Elf with no class
'''The Other Ring'''
+2 Bonus
You may automatically Run Away from any combat, regardless of other cards played on you, but you lose a level. You may also use it as a Wishing Ring (i.e., to cancel a Curse), discarding it afterward.
1,000 Gold Pieces

'''''Equipment:'''''
Right Hand: Sword of Slaying Everything Except Squid +4
Left Hand: Funny-Looking Sword +4
Armor: Leather Armor +1

Abilities:
Warrior
- Berserking: You may discard up to 3 cards in combat; each one gives you a +1 bonus.
- You win ties in combat
Orc
- An Orc who is hit with a curse can always choose to ignore the curse and lose a level instead - unless he's already at Level 1.
- When an Orc fighting alone defeats a monster by more than 10, he goes up an extra level.
'''Potion of Apathy'''
Play during any combat after someone is chosen to aid in the combat. That munchkin wanders away and cannot participate; he gets back any cards he had played in the combat. Another helper may be chosen, if there are volunteers.
Usable once only.
No Value - but who cares?
'''Mace of Sharpness''' +4
Usable by Clerics only.
Level 9 Female Half-Gnome Wizard
Effective level of 21
Five cards in hand (2 dungeon, 3 treasure)

'''''Abilities:'''''

''Gnome''
-1 to Run Away
In combat alone, you may play one monster from your hand as an Illusion; cards may enhance this monster normally. Its levels add to yours for one combat only; then it vanishes.
Monsters treat you as a Halfling; they are too dumb to know the difference. Exception: The Floating Nose and Shadow Nose will never pursue you.

''Halfling''
-1 to Run Away.
You may sell one item each turn for double price (other items are at normal price).

''Wizard''
Flight Spell: Discard a card to get a +1 to fleeing. (max 3)
Charm Spell: Dump hand to cancel out a monster. You get treasure, but no level.

'''''Equipment:'''''
'''The Occasionally Reliable Amulet'''
When a curse hits you, roll a die. On a roll of 1-3, the curse takes effect and the amulet is discarded. On a 4-6 the curse is blocked; discard the curse. On a 6, you also go up a level!
600 Gold Pieces
'''Gnomex Suit'''
+4 Bonus
Usable by Gnome Only
This may be worn over other armor, but if something makes you lose your armor, you lose it ALL.
Armor, 600 Gold Pieces
'''Familiar'''
+3 Bonus
Usable by Wizard Only
400 Gold Pieces

'''Chainsaw Of Bloody Dismemberment''' (Attached to Poisoned)
+3 Bonus (+5 with '''Poisoned''')
2 Hands, Big, 800 Gold Pieces
'''Poisoned''' (Attached to Chainsaw Of Bloody Dismemberment)
+2 Bonus
This card must be placed with an item that gives a level bonus.
That item is now the Poisoned (whatever), and is worth an extra +2 in combat. This card goes with the item if it is lost, stolen, or discarded. It can also be used with the Rat on a Stick to make it a +4 bonus item. Yum!
Ajac

AlmostReadytoFly: rvv

The guy who said, "You know, I'd love to be in the Mayhem Wiki, but I'm too shy to put myself in. It seems so, you know, forceful, or something."

These days, he's usually found participating in the Crossover Wars, commanding the EGS defense force. So much for Shy.

== Ajac the Poster ==
Essentially the same as Ajac the Character, only not all pseudo-omnipotent.

== Ajac the Character ==
Little more than what Ajac the Poster would be if he were a pseudo-omnipotent quantum entity.
Comes from Avalon Hall, a pocket dimension connected to ours via a portal in the Internet called MEGASite, created by the Nerd Patricians, of which he is one. Spends little time there, as few do, because it gets a little boring.
Loves interfering in mortal affairs, but helped write the Avalon Hall Laws, including and especially the Law of Non-Interference. As such, he only interferes about as much as a really powerful mortal.
Plus, any more would annoy people.
Ajac himself has explained some of his more unique aspects to [[Dimitri Dul Neru|Dimitri]]:
*"This world is a lesser universe within the metaverse of that world. My species has the ability to find the "core world" of a metaverse, travel there, and then project incarnations of ourselves in "lesser worlds" which are connected to the core. The "me" you see before you is such an incarnation. My true "self" is the commander of the EGS Defense Force. My phsycic link to, heh, myself, allows me to know that he was recently captured during battle. I would have gone to help, but there are, unfortunately, Ancient Laws from Avalon Hall which forbid multiple incarnations in a single plane, as this would make us far too powerful."

=== Current Status ===
*In LPW: Currently supplying a continious march of re-enforcements to [[Fort Mayhem]].
*Serving as the First Among Equals Commander of the [[EGS Defence Force]].

=== Servants, employees, etc. ===
*[[Alatrahazar]] - reformed demon butler.
*Ajac's Narrator - exactly what the name implies.
*General William - Commander of Ajac's Legions. Also from Avalon Hall.

'''catldr24''' is a bunny, one of the younger ones at that. He gets obsessive, and is known to do things in RL just to make people stare, such as what he is doing at this very moment, chewing on a paintbrush. Mmmm, paintbrush. He is a USA bunny, much to his chagrin. Once cross-dressed and posted the disturbingly confusing result on the forum. Now owns a pair of fake cat ears and a tail, which means soon he'll cross-dress as a catgirl and post that on the forum too. Errr.... he has no idea what else to write for now, so he'll just skip to RPs and characters and that sorta stuff. Oh, and he's never done this before, so if someone could link all of the RPs and characters here that'd be much appreciated. Oh, and in response to the fluff section below, cat also enjoys Marshmallow fluff. He eats it with a spoon.

AlmostReadytoFly: rvv

Ciennas

AlmostReadytoFly: rvv

'''Ciennas''' is not necesarily a bunny: For one thing, his ears are way too short. For another, he hasn't actually been very active in contributing to the original EGS forum, although he had made a questions thread that enjoyed about two weeks lifetime before being shot down. On second thought, he's a bunny... a very strange, longwinded bunny, but a bunny nonetheless

== Description ==
As a character, Ciennas is an advanced human mimicry robot, currently hanging around in a temporary shutdown in the Keenfans 2.01 RP. He was recently given upgrades from a demigod who was acting out a transformers fantasy at the time. No one is sure as to the extent of what these upgrades did to him, although he's fairly sure he'll be capable of firing energy blasts because of this. He has also incorporated various bits of TF technology into his armor, to improve his enjoyment of his tenure in the Mayhem world.

He also has crashed (quite literally) into the Massive Flaming Plane Crash Thread. He blames his appearance on the use of a nuclear cherry bomb somewhere in page six, landing with an armor destroying crash in page nine. He was sent to investigate the cause of the explosion and to examine any side effects of the explosion.

As a real person, Ciennas prefers to spend his time on RP's and world building. He'd much rather let his posting speak for him though.

He would like to become a writer of stories, however his own lack of attention span may prove to make things difficult.

He is currently trying to write a story titled 'Welcome to Mayhem', a story that would involve many, many metacharacters, and lots of their namesake, bringing ina moment of Mayhem into the world.
== Inventory ==
A standard Newbie Pack, Containing a dead fish, a six pack of [[unlabeled soda]], a squirrel teddy, a TF gun, a cookie which should by all accounts be stale by now and yet somehow isn't, and an Emu, given to him by Squato.

All of these (Including the emu) can fit into the pack they came with, a stylish bag of Emuholding+8.

==Things that EGS taught me==
*It's common sense to spend as little time in Tedd's house as possible.

*Females can perform and are immune to hammerings, regardless of their natural gender.

*Never transform Susan without being prepared to be transformed into the exact same thing in retaliation.

*Pay Dan five bucks and you control the universe... when Dan's not home.

*Hair dyes cannot withstand transformation.

*NEVER, under any circumstances, introduce squirrel chicks to cotton candy espresso and dance music within five minutes of each other, unless you are prepared to deal with the consequences.

*By the same token, NEVER promise to feed eight teenagers with your own money, especially if you didn't set a spending limit.

*A T-shirt stating 'Human' is capable of fooling almost everyone in the vicinity into thinking you are one.

*By contrast, a hat stating 'Homo sapien' makes them think you are human and gay.

*Physics mean almost nothing when you combine magic users, anime style martial artists, mad scientists, and psychic alien-human hybrids in the same group.

*Goo is highly combustible, to the point of exploding. However, said goo is capable of breathing fire with no ill effects to itself.

*Never assume that the bath houses are unisex.

*Never insult a magic wielder, even if they are a long distance away. Somehow, you just know they will come after you, possibly with fairies.

*It is hard to look tough when you're using fairy powers.

*Physics teachers dislike magic users.

*Glowing is optional, unless you were never aware that you could do it in the first place.

*A demonic duck is an excellent distraction, unless union strikes or frat parties interfere. In which case, random cheesecake will do nicely in a pinch.

*Never kick a hedgehog-human hybrid in the nuts, especially when said hybrid is wielding a chain. Said hybrid is also much faster then you, in accordance with the Sonic effect.

*Cat nip is the ultimate stimulant... when you are using a cat form.

*Flashbacks will always show you the way to safety.

*Cut scenes will occur at random intervals, usually when there is a high chance for cheesecake.

==Thing of the whenever==
We're geeks. We nitpick at EVERYTHING!

Whenever there is a plothole, we'll be there.

Whenever there is a minor continuity error with no relevance to the plot, we'll be there.

Whenever there is a fanfic that violates the smallest canonical detail, we'll be there.

Whenever there is a frame in an animation that completely violates reality, we'll be there.

Whenever there is a discrepancy between two canon media, we'll be there.

== Ajac the Poster ==
Essentially the same as Ajac the Character, only not all pseudo-omnipotent.

== Ajac the Character ==

=== Current Status ===
*In LPW: Currently supplying a continious march of re-enforcements to [[Fort Mayhem]].
*Serving as the First Among Equals Commander of the [[EGS Defence Force]].

=== Servants, employees, etc. ===
*[[Alatrahazar]] - reformed demon butler.
*Ajac's Narrator - exactly what the name implies.
*General William - Commander of Ajac's Legions. Also from Avalon Hall.
Dungeons and Dragons RP

AlmostReadytoFly: rv

The D&D RP is the continuing (and erratically updated) tale of two groups of mismatched misfits with above-average combat abilities, and of their struggles to survive long enough to find and latch onto a deep and (or so we are assured by the GM) wonderfully crafted plotline. It includes heroism, magic, tons and tons o' backstory, and NPCs who speak with way too many apostrophes in their words. It is DM/GM'ed by VOR, who posts in it extremely erratically at best. Also unfortunately, it so far contains neither dungeons nor dragons.

It's also sometimes called VOR&D, after the GM.

==List of Characters==
Heroes, Villains, and...uh...those Nuetral guys. Them too.
===Player Characters:===
====First Party====
Presently just outside the small town of [[Misty Knoll]] in [[Urthos]], this small band of heroes is investigated the mysterious disappearances of several villagers. They are, at present, recovering their breath after a battle with several wolves and a [[worg]] they met while following footprints they believe to be related to the mystery.
*[[Ethrenel Dulaori]]
*[[Cristo Cenriae]]
*[[Amanuet]]
*[[Ranadorn Hadokor]]
====Second Party====

Currently, the second party is (was) aboard the mighty ''Seahammer''... until they had to hop on to another ship to avoid being turned into Sahaguin and shark num-nums. And then they dropped a mast on aforementioned sahaguin, much to Captain Mayndur's dismay.

Currently, time has come to a halt for them while Big-cheese-GM [[VOR]] passes over GM-ship to [[ChroniclerC]]. And then we'll get back to the hacking and slashing... hopefully not also including becoming num-nums for one or more of those particularly angry-looking sharks circling around in the water...

*[[Barakizel]]
*a bunch more characters when people bother putting them up here

====NPCs====
*[[Elduar dar Eddin]], Resident Alchemist of Misty Knoll.
*[[Jillian Wisebottom]], an elderly halfling who's gone missing.
*[[Wilyeh Nelson]], a middle-aged gnome who runs the tavern in Misty Knoll.
*[[Steila Stilthanis]], an acolyte of Pelor and Misty Knoll's town healer.
*[[Mynn Dilme]], an attractive young bard who entertains Wilyeh's patrons with song.
*[[Old Man Jyendi]], a drunk fond of boasting who lives in Wilyeh's inn.
*[[Rin]], a villager whose sister has gone missing.
*[[Irdi Dunsen]], a local farmer's boy who has gone missing.

*[[Sebastian Titus Mayndur IV]], a Captain of the [[Seahammer]] and in the [[Drinasa]]n navy.
*[[Mr. Krinsil]]
*[[Stevin Mayndur]], Professor of Extraplanar Studies and ship's Healer for the [[Seahammer]].
*[[Cliv One-Eye]], a First Mate of the [[Seahammer]] and in the [[Drinasa]]n navy.
*[[Sheen]], an easily-distracted Truenamer.
*[[Rat]], a dockhand who works in [[Koethe]] in [[Drinasa]]
[[Category:RPs]]

==Locations of Import:==
===Urthos:===
====[[Misty Knoll]]====
*The [[McNelson Inn and Tavern]]

AlmostReadytoFly:

This is an item given in a [[Newbie pack]]. In fact, it was the first item to be given out to newbies. The reason why it is given out has been, as said in the Newbie pack article, “lost in the mist of time”. As yet, I still have yet to determine what it is meant to be used for, if anything. Some use dead fish to slap others.

Anecdotes suggest it's a bad idea to use copy/paste guns on dead fish, for fear of turning them into [[zombie]]s.

AlmostReadytoFly:

A '''bunny''' is simply a member of the EGS forums.

The name originates from the time when the forumers were yet unnamed and called each others just "members".
For a need of better name they consulted [[Dan Shive]], the creator of [[EGS]], for any name suggestions.

[[Dan]] replied with "bunnies" and thus the name was decided.

Some people who suffer from LSE do not understand why others, who also have it, do. Resulting in FerretBob going out of his way to destroy HQ's. At least in a nice way. However, neither he nor HQ understand why exactly the other is trying to destroy their LSE, as they feel it is justified. Many of them, such as FB, are wrong. HQ is, of course, <strike>wrong squared</strike> <strike>quite right</strike> also wrong, but in a non-self-esteem-lowering way.
Keep me alive! (Or the Alphabet gets it)

AlmostReadytoFly: /* The Conclusion */

This thread is an excerise in unchecked power and rampant...well...something bad. And to think, it started from something so innocuous...

==The Innocuous Beginning==

It all started as an insecure post by [[Kyrio]] to see if people liked him. Though people's responses were indeed respond overwhelmingly affirmative, the inherent chaos of Mayhem ensured that the message of the thread would be derailed into many more entertaining venues. But like many of the entertaining threads which pop up every so often, this one seemed doomed to fade into the obscurity of the lower pages...

==The Descent==

No one knows what motivated the creator of the thread to unleash what he did next. Some say it was a bad reaction to [[LSE|low self esteem]]. Some say his insecurity compelled him to take up the dark arts. Some say he was prescient, and decided that doing so would be amusing to many. Some even say he was aiming for something smaller and just happened to say Hastur's name a few too many times.

Whatever the cause, the creator took up the art of Necromancy and raised his thread from the second page. Doing so had no immediate ill effect, and it lasted for another couple of hours. But as it began to fade again, he pulled the same trick. This happened a few too many times, and the creator's madness became apparent. And as many know, insanity sometimes leads to awesome powers, just as tragically proved to be the case here.

==The Premise==

This thread has become something along the lines of the Merch. If the thread fails to be maintained, a letter of the alphabet will be destroyed. Regardless of which letter is destroyed, this would be a catastrophe. People's whole reading lists would be rendered illegible, and the phrase "The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dogs" would lose its meaning entirely.

If recent actions are any indication, the destruction will not stop at letters. Entire syntactical concepts could be annhilated. Diction as we know it might die an agonizing death!

==The Action==

Letters have been destroyed before. However, the initial disaster was stopped by the timely intervention of [[Lomgren|Lomgren's]] white magic. Letters have since been destroyed. A glimmer of hope shined momentarily, as [[Drow Bunny|Drow Bunny's]] initial confusion and literalness instead caused him to lose "x," the most unused letter in the alphabet (except, of course, for わ. Nobody uses わ very much). [[Lomgren]] has worked tirelessly to revive all of the letters, but what about the future?

The killing was soon appended to by [[Burningblood]], though he was killing things at random with no discernable motive. [[Kyrio]], with a gleam of good character, put a stop to it and stripped [[Burningblood]] of his use of punctuation. [[Burningblood]] then attempted a summoning, but failed when the incantation required a [[semicolon]]. He was then refused access to spaces. He has yet to regain these facilities.

==The Lawsuit==

[[Lomgren]]'s magical reversal of [[Kyrio|Kyrio's]] [[Lv7 Death]] spell on the letters he had killed was soon discovered by local natural judicairy unit, [[Mewtarthio]]. (Though his credentials as such were never brought up) and he set about convicting [[Lomgren]] for upsetting the natural order by his vigilante actions against [[Kyrio]]. However, [[Kyrio]] was equally found guilty through his attempt to revive the thread in the first place. [[Lomgren]] was then sentenced to a severe and stingy wrist slapping, while [[Kyrio]] was merely stripped of his power and banished to a [[null-magic]] plane.

==The Conclusion==

In the end, [[Kyrio]] surrendered [[the Win]] to [[Lomgren]] and emancipated all the literary elements under his power. The thread is now nothing more than a chat thread, but perhaps some new catastrophe will arise?

==Trivia==

*This is one of the few threads turned completely random RPs that had nothing to do with [[transformation]].
*This is the first random RP Kyrio has actively participated in.

AlmostReadytoFly: /* The Action */

This thread is an excerise in unchecked power and rampant...well...something bad. And to think, it started from something so innocuous...

==The Innocuous Beginning==

==The Descent==

AlmostReadytoFly

AlmostReadytoFly: /* Fluff */

Never having played any RPs (neither of the two he has shown interest in have started) [Really? which ones?- Ciennas], '''AlmostReadytoFly''' might be described to be completely without character. But that would be rather mean. He is also known as ARF, and sometimes erroneously as ARTF.

== History ==
ARF joined EGS Mayhem in October 2005, but lurked for a while before and after this.

== Name Origin ==
The alias 'AlmostReadytoFly' was created when its owner's initials (ARF) were put into the [http://www.acronymfinder.com acronymfinder.com] search engine. It is for this reason that ARTF is incorrect.

== Art ==
AlmostReadytoFly has now completed the first first phase of his Bunny Art plan. In its entirety, the plan is as follows:
*Get a DeviantArt account
*Learn to draw
*Get access to a scanner

== Possessions ==

== Fluff ==
* ARF has purple hair again. It's not so much fluffy as flyaway. The irony of that has just struck.
Burningblood

AlmostReadytoFly: /* Just who is this Burningblood anyway? */

This page is all about the great and glorious '''Burningblood'''. Continued reading has been clinically proven to cause sanity. You have been warned.

== The origin of Burningblood ==

There are many rumors regarding the origin of the one known as Burningblood.
*Some say that he was created in a secret government program to create the perfect human weapon. The people who say this are wrong and very stupid.
*Still others say that he was the impossible offspring of Chuck Norris and Mr.T. That is wrong, so wrong it hurts.
*Occasionally there are people who claim that BB is a god who has taken mortal form. That would be neat, but it's wrong.
*There have been a few people who have said that BB is actually no one very special at all. Their bodies have never been found.

The truth is that he was spontaneously created within the depths of the internet. Actually, I just made that up, no one has figured out where the heck he came from. Some college students are trying to find out, but for now we'll just assume he came from somewhere stupid.

Anyway, where he came from isn't important right now. What is important is that we answer a very important question. And that question is...

== Just who is this Burningblood anyway? ==

There are several answers to this question, or at least two, neither very interesting, but we're putting them here anyway 'cuz we can.

The fictional forum persona that is mostly used in the more spontaneous and loosely controlled RPs and certain aspects of which is occasionally placed into more official characters is one of the answers to the above question and I should probably try to end this sentence sometime soon. Hang on a second while I catch my breath.

Okay.

'''Burningblood the Character''' is a fairly interesting case study for young psychology students researching "more balls than brains syndrome". BB has a nasty habit of having everything he says being sarcastic and thinly veiled death threats, especially when he is in pain. Which happens quite often due to his unusually strict adherence to Murphy’s Law. (Which is surprising, given his almost casual disregard for the Laws of Physics.(except Gravity with a capital G.(which is indeed different from just gravity.))) This usually results in a quick and painful beat down from some far more powerful than he is(i.e. everyone else). He is also a little perverted. And by a little, I mean a lot. This usually ends in a predictable manner that reinforces the law of Everything That Happens, Happens To Hurt Burningblood(ETHHTHBB). He has no powers (other then a surprising ability to withstand punishment) unless he has a copy of the Necronomicon, a guitar, or his Deus Ex Machine.

'''Burningblood the Poster''' is not at all similar to his character*. He is just your average [[Mayhem|EGS Mayhem]] poster. Has a tendency to want to join RPs but then never sign up. Also wishes he was a little more interesting. It is also worth noting that he has a [[LSE|low self esteem]] and tries to replace it with a massive ego.

<nowiki>*</nowiki>''This is a lie.''

== Characters ==
There are none active at this time.

== Fluff ==
Is delicious.

Through the intersteller void swims Great A'Tuin, the world turtle. On its back rest four elephants. On their backs rest the disc of the world. On this world we begin our adventure. And an adventure it must be, for trouble is in the air.

Great A'Tuin is dying.

Thus the stage is set for our misadventures. What comes next? We'll just have to find out, now won't we?

==Info==
The '''Discworld RP''' will be run by [[Paradox244]], but still needs more players. The discussion thread is [http://forums.keenspot.com/viewtopic.php?t=91043 here].

AlmostReadytoFly:

Women who are sexually attracted to other women. In a manner nonsensical from a practical point of view, lesbians are especially attractive to most heterosexual men, who claim that they are even better than waffles.

The name is believed to come from the isle of Lesbos, now known as Mytilene, due to surviving writings by a poet named Sappho who wrote about love for her students at a school for girls there. Consequentially, the term Sapphism has been used as a synonym, though that useage has mostly died out in recent times.

Famous lesbians include Ellen DeGeneres, Kaorin from [[Azumanga Daioh]], [[Nanase]], [[Ellen]] (although Ellen is technically bisexual), the female version of [[Ranma]].

Clan rHrN is infamous amongst bunnies for extremely "uncoordinated" RPing and a character named Troop3r - pronounced "trooper" by some and "troopthreer" by others due to differing perceptions of how a name containing a number should be pronounced - who he tries to stick into everything (including EGS itself, with Troop3r being Grace's old boyfriend even though this would completely screw up her and her brothers' established history).

Clan is remarkable in that, while he's claimed to be trying to improve, the only area in which he's "improved" has been the fact that he no longer randomly posts in RPs he isn't in and hasn't made the slightest attempt to join through normal channels. His actual RPing skills are still appalling, and he is either unwilling or unable to change. However, he has one advantage over most other posters at his level of RPing skill: he doesn't [[chatspeak|abuse the English language]].

He explains his behaviour as a symptom of his Asperger's Syndrome. Whether Clan really has Asperger's or not (and, if he does, whether he was actually diagnosed by a mental health professional or just read about it somewhere and thought it sounded like him), there are other [[bunny|bunnies]] with Asperger's who are as capable as any other of RPing well and interacting with the Mayhem community in a way that doesn't drive them bonkers.

In recent times, he seems to have faded away save for continuing to post, much to others' annoyance, in the [[EGS Town RP]].

Whether this Clan really has Asperger's or not (and, if he does, whether he was actually diagnosed by a mental health professional or just read about it somewhere and thought it sounded like him), there are other [[bunny|bunnies]] with Asperger's who are as capable as any other of RPing well and interacting with the Mayhem community in a way that doesn't drive them bonkers.

In recent times, he seems to have faded away save for continuing to post, much to others' annoyance, in the [[EGS Town RP]].

Never having played any RPs (neither of the two he has shown interest in have started) [Really? which ones?- Ciennas], '''AlmostReadytoFly''' might be described to be completely without character. But that would be rather mean. He is also known as ARF, and sometimes erroneously as ARTF.

== History ==
ARF joined EGS Mayhem in October 2005, but lurked for a while before and after this.

== Name Origin ==
The alias 'AlmostReadytoFly' was created when its owner's initials (ARF) were put into the [http://www.acronymfinder.com acronymfinder.com] search engine. It is for this reason that ARTF is incorrect.

== Art ==
AlmostReadytoFly has now completed the first first phase of his Bunny Art plan. In its entirety, the plan is as follows:
*Get a DeviantArt account
*Learn to draw
*Get access to a scanner

== Possessions ==

== Fluff ==
* ARF has purple hair again.

AlmostReadytoFly:

A race of creatures that is self-proclaimed to be the most intelligent to inhabit the planet [[Earth]]. This claim might be disputed, but humans are too stupid to figure out how to communicate with other lifeforms and find out that fact. Humans have no natural shapeshifting ability, some compensate for this by use of [[magic]] or [[mad science]].

They are especially known for often having nonsensical leaps in their moral logic. For instance, they reproduce through sex, and many will claim that sex is immoral. Thus they should by extention consider a high population to be immoral, yet they also think that murderers are immoral, unless the murderers are on their side during a war. They still consider the murderers on the other side to be immoral, though they don't think that all actions that are immoral if committed by the enemy are moral if committed by their side (such as sex, for instance).

Often seen driving cars, frequenting forums, wearing [[socks]], accelerating global warming, destroying rainforests and stomping on smaller creatures, such as weasels.

Disliked by [[catkin]].

Among [[robot]]s, humans are also known as "obsolete meat-units".
