		+	:Keb is a strange one, he is... He does odd things when people aren't looking, and nobody's quite sure how. In fact, some suspect that even he isn't aware of how he does these strange things. He's never been caught in the act of any of these occurances, the closest being when he pulls random objects out of places where they couldn't possibly have been. While whatever power he has is great, it has the distinct downside of being utterly useless in a tight situation. If he's watched carefully enough then he can't do any more than a normal person, and his powers seem to fade as the situation becomes more serious. He met Bob in school, and is one of the few people who is completely and totally unaffected by Bob's power. Although he doesn't treat it as his own motto, the words "Fulsi ut perspicuus in prosperitas vel deficio" are important to him.

		+	:Keb obviously has powers of some kind, but their exact nature is vague and hard to pin down. He probably has some sort of hammerspace equivalent which he can store objects in, but that doesn't explain how he can summon up random objects that he should have never obtained in the first place. This is best explained by a small-scale creation ability, as these objects tend to not exist for very long before he puts them back where they came. Further, his abilities seem to be inhibited by stress, as the more important the situation is, the harder it seems to be for him to use them.
		+	:This does nothing to explain how he hijacked an old missile silo and drove it across an ocean, let alone the reports that he ''ran over'' two cars and a fruit cart along the way. Some mysteries are probably best left alone.

Evidence suggests that he was never meant to exist in the first place, and that he is both immune to and invisible to those who weave the fabric of reality. He seems to be the only person from his world who can fight fate, and granting real free will to those he interacts with by abolishing destiny that had been written for them.
