''Tetsu'''(??, Tetsu) is an NPC from the [[Bleach RP]]. Tetsu is an unranked member of the 3rd division of the [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shinigami_%28Bleach%29#Gotei_13 Gotei 13] of [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soul_Society Soul Society].

== Appearance ==

Tetsu is most known for the black bone mask that he wears, which resembles a smiling oni, the features painted on in white and red. Tetsu is extremely lanky, and usually seems to be slightly hunched over. What little of his hair is visible is a mess of almost tribal-looking braids of a dark brown color. The braids are interwoven with various colors of beads, all made of bone. The beads seem to change in pattern on a daily basis.

== Background ==

Not much of Tetsu's past has been revealed, though it is believed he has served under Kochi for a great deal of time. He and [[Senjin]] have some sort of relationship, though it would take a stretch to call it friendship.

== Zanpakutō ==

Tetsu's Zanpakuto is "Dokuekaito" (Venomous Phantom). In its sealed state, it is a wakizashi with no crossgurad. The metal of the hilt looks exactly like aged bronze. Nothing has been revealed about his sword's avatar.

=== Shikai ===

Its activation phrase is "Gyoushin" ('Seek the truth', but also 'seek the heart'), which causes the hilt to change to look more like a tonfa, with the blade pointing forward parallel to his arm. The blade changes slightly to resemble somewhat of a scythe-blade, with the edge on both sides of the blade. Its Shikai power allows him to draw out the fears of whoever he cuts with it. He can then alter himself to become the thing the person fears most. Due to the effects of a slightly hallucinogenic venom that it injects into its victims (hence the name), the victim will actually believe that their fear has truly come to life.
This doesn't always produce the most desirable results, but Dokuekaito has the secondary power of being able to alter its venom to produce a few other effects, among them paralysis and sleep.
