One summer day, Jennifer caught a sunfish and was determined to have it serve as the main course for dinner. Papa didn't have the heart to tell her that it was a worthless catch. So, he told her to leave it tied to a line hanging from the deck. Imagine Jennifer's unhappiness when she returned to the fish, only to find that another fish had eaten her sunfish for its dinner. While many teens want nothing to do with their families, Jennifer was happy to have her family's support as she pursued her love of the theater arts, acting in such plays as You're A Good Man Charlie Brown, Oliver, The Glass Menagerie, Grease, and Godspell.
