A fully sentient Galactic Union AI assigned to the research vessel Orphion. He was uploaded into a capsule that contained a sample of the Agent and jettisoned from the ship before it self-destructed.

Capabilities

Octavian's primary function is research and the collection of data. He is also an extremely accomplished hacker, capable of breaking into virtually any system with ease.

Due to the fact that he is fully sentient, he is far superior to the Restricted Artificial Intelligence used by the Defence Force.
