Eight, excuse me, Eight and three quarters of a year old Gavin, or Pan as he prefers to be called, is the newest resident of the apartment building. He's almost never seen without his stuffed leopard, Spot, and since arriving he's also almost never seen with a shirt on, having started to dislike them after gaining his wings.

• Currently living in a couchfort in Mike's living room.
• His self-given nickname is short for Pandion, which is part of the latin name for the osprey, the bird whose wings his resemble.
