Life
From Egs Mayhem
That which grows, is carbon- and water-based, is cellular in organization, respirates, metabolizes, reproduces, responds to stimuli, and adapts to external conditions through natural selection is considered to be organically living. Life as we don't know it may have all, some, or none of these properties.
Robots consider organic life unpleasantly moist and smelly. They usually call such organisms (especially humans) "obselete meat-units." It is uncertain whether this a term of derision or affection.
