Blizzaga is a 3nd level Black Magic spell. It is the enhanced version of Blizzara and the master level of Blizzard

Effect

Blizzaga reduces the target's external temperature to 50 degrees below zero (C). This often causes a dangerous drop in the target's internal temperature. The target's movement will sometimes become slowed for long intervals after the spell is cast. It is an ice element spell and effective against fire
