==Introduction==

It can be said that good and evil are a matter of perspective, and that measures taken by those defending their land may be just as bad as those taken by the attackers. These two theories were tested to the fullest during the crisis that was the Crossover Wars of 2007, when Bunnies and CRFH Boardies went head to head with an evil the like of which they had never seen before...
 The [[Operation Lagomorph]] comic chronicles some of the action between [http://ocd.funkyhorror.net/fleet.html FLEET], the [[EGS Defence Force|EGS-DF]] and the [[Evil Overlords United|EOU]]'s forces.

==Beginnings==

In early 2007, a band of villains known as the Evil Overlords United, led by the sinister [[Netpoet22|Editor]], launched an attempt to conquer the webcomic universes. Using a technology called DRACO (Dimensional Realities Arcane Crossover Organiser), they subdued world after world in devastating blitzkriegs, leaving the inhabitants reeling. Then one day, EGS appeared on one of their monitors...

==The Arming and the Retreat==

In response to their observations of EGS, the Bunnies in the [[Main Forum]] began arming themselves against an attack from the EOU, believing it to be coming soon. However, the Overlords noticed the arming of the Bunnies and decided that attacking a place geared up for war would be suicide, and seemingly focused their efforts elsewhere. Not for long, however...

==Agent Bunny Comes==

On April 4, 2007, the Overlords sent a spy into the forums, to learn the tactics of the Bunnies and sow dissent. This spy was known as Agent Bunny.
At the same time, a poster named Death Bunny entered the Invasion Thread and signed up for training.
On April 10, Agent Bunny infiltrated a TF gun warehouse and placed DRACO beacons on some of the crates, allowing a stockpile of TF guns to fall into the hands of the EOU.
On April 16, things took a dramatic turn- [[Amon Star]] accused Death Bunny of being the mole. Death Bunny was immediately arrested and put on trial, but found not guilty due to lack of evidence. Many apologised, but several remained unconvinced.
On April 20, a message was sent to travelling webcomic character [[Scale]], whose creators were kidnapped by the EOU. While the bunnies waited for a response, they remained divided and suspicious as to just who Agent Bunny might be...

==The Attack on the Funky Horror and Agent Bunny's Discovery==

On April 24th, the Head Alien launched an assault on the [http://ocd.funkyhorror.net/fhei.html Funky Horror], using Agent Bunny's DRACO beacons to bypass any defences. The assault ended when HA's forces captured several spaceships.
 Meanwhile, things were heating up in the frantic search for Agent Bunny. Finally, on April 27th, Loweko made this post.....
 "Ah, Death Bunny. Found not guilty by a jury of your peers, and so proud of yourself for getting off scot free. A newbie, and therefore one with access to all that bright, shiny equipment because of course EGS took you in and gave you a TF gun... and no doubt you've been hanging around a lot of storage places over the last few weeks. If a newbie wanders around a sensitive area, why, he's clearly just gotten a bit lost. Perfectly understandable.

But it's amazing what a background check will turn up, and my Counterintelligence people have discovered you're not a forumite at all. You're a character from Impy & Avery. A webcomic currently plagued by mysterious forcefield technology.

In other words, no doubt trying to curry favour with your overlords to avoid the invasion of I&A, you're working to give them EGS instead. You're Agent Bunny.

Men? Take him alive ''if it is reasonably practicable.''"
 Death Bunny confessed immediately, and began to fight his way out. A huge battle ensued, with many bunnies injured. However, the victory eventually went to the forces of Bunnydom, Death Bunny just escaping with his life... and a mysterious scrap of paper, which the Overlords were delighted to see...

==Preparations In Mayhem==

The growing crisis was not being ignored in Mayhem. General [[KylenPhylar]] realised that Mayhem needed to be equally defended against attack by the EOU, as it would be EGS' first line of defence. To this end, [[Fort Mayhem]] was set up, and the [[Waffle House]] was requisitioned as the Head Planning Office for the [[EGS Defence Force]]. All these measures were designed to defend against the attack everyone knew was coming, but never quite expected when it did...

==The Battle of Mayhem: War Comes Home==

On May 2, 2007, war broke out on two fronts: in the damaged mall where Anya and Squata had fought, which was invaded by EOU droids, and at the Head Planning Office itself, which the Head Alien attacked directly, abducting all forces stationed there. Bunny forces quickly began fighting back at the Mall, with the first Bunny casualty being General [[Amon Star]], who was warped back to Fort Mayhem for medical attention. After being pushed back, the [[EGS Defence Force]] was able to cordon off the EOU droids and call in an orbital bombardment. The EOU droids eventually retreated to EOU headquarters, the first victory in the Battle of Mayhem. However, [[Ciennas]] was badly damaged in the battle.
Shortly after, droids were spotted in one of the parks. Bunny forces immediately converged on the park, little knowing that a multidimensional attack on a DRACO portal by [[A Fan]] had opened a dimensional rift at the Mall, unleashing horrible Lovecraftian monstrosities there. The rift was eventually sealed thanks to the actions of [[A Fan]], Hidden Sanity and [[Jorlem]].
 The battle at the Park ended when the [[Hammer o' Justice]] bombarded it, reducing it to a smoking crater.
 There was a brief crisis as [[A Fan]], Mal, [[Teleros Fireheart|Teleros]] and [[Jenny Collins]] fought to repair a Tear in space-time at the mall. They succeeded, but were flung to the four points of the compass. Meanwhile, a horde of zombie catgirls had to be defeated.
 With the battle at the mall over, bunnies began heading to the spaceport for the next stage in the battle...

==Fighting Back==
The Head Alien had used the captured ships to attack the [http://drunkenscribblings.comicgenesis.com Drunken Scribblings] webcomic, but ships from FLEET were close behind, engaging the Head Alien's fleet in orbit. Meanwhile, a strike force was set up by [[Anya]] to board the Head Alien's ship and rescue [[Ankhareon]], [[Ajac]], [[Stardrake]] and [[Jstone]], who had been abducted during the attack on the Head Planning Office. A secondary force, consisting of a diverse group of bunnies and many NPCs, was dispatched to re-capture the stolen board vessels, and inadvertently rescued [[Jstone]], [[Stardrake]], and [[Anky]], who had been left on a Fanworks after the Head Alien took Ajac to his flagship.
 It was about this time that Mayhem's first news channel, [[MNCAN]], began broadcasting. Originally transmitting news of the Crossover Wars, it diversified into RPs quite quickly.
 On May 19, over in the Main Forum, Chaos logged [[Scale]] in on one of her creator's accounts. She discovered the forum, and was met warmly by the bunnies therein.
 On May 30, a group of bunnies and characters including [[Amon Star]], [[Cheez]] and [[Ed Bunny]] finally ran into the Head Alien aboard a ship. Head Alien threatened to kill Ajac with some sort of gun, but MolTARE stepped in and, stating that Head Alien looked like "a thing of honour", challenged him to settle the matter the Board way- a game of [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mornington_Crescent_(game) Mornington Crescent], winner took all. However, it soon reached its endgame when Head Alien managed to name Mornington Crescent. It was then that what is arguably the dirtiest trick in the Wars was pulled- despite being the winner, Head Alien was immediately zapped into something horrible by a TF tank and Ajac retrieved anyway. Though this did help rescue Ajac, an opinion poll by MNCAN on the streets of Mayhem revealed that many citizens could not help but think that this was not the honourable thing to do.
 Head Alien managed to zap himself back to normal with a discarded TF gun, however, he was presumably killed when FLEET fired a massive rock at his ship at one-third lightspeed, which caused it to explode for some reason.
 On July 4, Ajac finally returned to Mayhem, prompting a huge celebration. However, the Wars were far from over...

==Excursions Abroad==

===Liberating Too Many Authors===

On May 24, 2007, the sprite comic [http://www.drunkduck.com/Too_Many_Authors Too Many Authors] was invaded by the EOU. While initially turning down the EGS-DF's assistance, author Littlebeast soon found himself frantically requesting it when shot from behind with a tranq gun by a droid, who then took over his comic and turned TMA into EOU Territory LTNXY.
On June 22, a group of EGS-DF personnel called the [[Bunny Berets]] arrived in TMA and immediately set about trying to free Littlebeast. By June 27, it looked like they had succeeded- however, the "Littlebeast" that seemed to have been rescued turned out to be a droid with an illusion over it.
By July 4, the impostor had been destroyed and Littlebeast was back in control. The TMA characters returned to Fort Mayhem to join in the victory party while plans were made for the full liberation of the comic.
On July 17, the [[Giant Spaceship Thing o' Doomness]], with a combined Bunny/TMA force on board, arrived in a remote area of TMA via Hyper-Quantum Warp-Manifold Drive, and the Bunnies and TMA characters immediately began planning their next move.
The choice was soon wrested from them when buffoonery of the GSToD's staff resulted in the droids entering the ship, and the Alliance forces immediately began fighting back.

===The Wotch Incident===

On the fateful day of Friday the 13th of July, 2007, a group of EOU droids disguised as Bunnies and armed with TF guns attacked the Wotch forums. Although the Wotchers initially believed it was the Bunnies who were to blame, the EGS-DF explained the situation to them and the two forums plus Too Many Authors launched a joint attack on the Evil Overlords.

==Assault on the Overlords==

On July 18, 2007, the Bunnies at Fort Mayhem received an audio transmission from the EOU, ostensibly calling for a meeting. Smelling a rat, yet curious about what the Overlords could possibly want, Ajac of the EGS-DF, Beastling of TMA and Loweko of the Board entered Keenfans to meet EOU agent Jason Fellback. Saying the EOU and the Alliance had "a mutual interest", Fellback went on to mention an "ally" of theirs who had broken away, taking a highly special item with it, and stated that it would be in their mutual interest to have him stopped. He stated that the forums might be his next target, and offered to sign a peace treaty with the Alliance if they agreed to help stop this rogue agent. When Ajac stated he didn't trust the Overlords, Fellback proposed a meeting at an Alliance-appointed location to further discuss the matter, and requested they send Squato rather than Squata.
After Fellback left, Ajac and the others were told by a droid Fellback had left behind that without Squato, there would be no meeting, and that this was not negotiable. Ajac reluctantly agreed, and Squato was sent to a location proposed by Beastling with a small backup force, just in case.
 Fellback showed up, and the meeting initially seemed to be genuine until Fellback zapped one of the backup force, showing his hand. The meeting was a trap.
 Fellback's forces captured Squato, little knowing that his shirt was in fact a tracker, just in case of this event. The EGS-DF immediately began trying to locate Squato via the tracker and prepared for an assault on the EOU.

On the forums he tends more towards the lurking habit (partly due to a shyness level rivalling that of [[Drow Bunny]]), preferring to glide through the various threads as they take his fancy, occasionally posting in one or other of the various games, or observing the goings-on in [[Last Post Wins!!!!!!!|LPW]] from the safety of “LurkSpace” (a region much like the [[OOCZone]], except more so). Aforementioned Mountain

The Aforementioned Mountain is a monolithic heap of rock and dirt lurking somewhere in the [[OOCZone]]. It is inhabited primarily by [[OOCMe]], though there's usually a member of [[Lemurteam]] there. The cavernous innards of the Mountain are inhabited by Labyrinth-esque goblins, including the [[Goblin King]]. The Mountain's slopes are steep and craggy, and often covered with sparse vegetation. Its peak is high enough that it's usually capped in clouds, and any who climb high enough to reach it find themselves gazing upon the placid fields of Paradise, whose properties extend to the upper reaches of the Mountain.

The Aforementioned Mountain has displayed an extremely limited sort of sentience, primarily in leaping upon [[OOCMe]] when he didn't suspect it and chaining him to its root, but once in defending itself from assault (by transforming into a spire of jagged black rock a la Mount Doom). It's a living symbol of the responsibilities of Real Life keeping [[VOR]] away from the computer, willingly or unwillingly.

The Mountain, like most fixed locations in the [[OOCZone]], is a nebulous creature when it comes to continuity. [[Eternaljwh]]'s forces waged war on it at one point in time, and succeeded in getting about two-thirds of the way to Paradise before they were repelled. To date, this is the only example of the Mountain actually appearing in a storyline canonical to actual characters, but the Mountain can sometimes be seen in the distance from the tops of the mountains making up the [[Romantically Picturesque Mountain]]s range in [[LPW]].

MNCAN (full name Mayhem News and Current Affairs Network) is Mayhem's premier (in fact, only) 24-hour news channel. It reports news from RPs as it breaks, thanks to its dedicated team of ace reporters all over Mayhem.
It is currently under EOU control, after [[ChibiMe|ChibiVOR]] defected to the side of the Overlords, hijacked the signal and nuked the studio from orbit. The current fate of the station is unknown.

Oh, [[ChibiMe]] makes them, basing his designs off of the bullets he used in an attempt to defeat [[Sage]] on [[Page 666]]. Nobody knows how, except that it apparently involves draining a whole lot of demons and devils (and an occasional angel or two) of blood.

Dark Side of the Hammer

It's just like the Dark Side of the Force, only instead of the Force, it uses [[Hammerspace]]. Practitioners of the Dark Side of the Hammer are able to use Hammerspace to nefarious purposes, often storing things other than hammers in it, or using its dimensional energies to power works of mad (and evil) genius.

While it is possible to use Hammerspace to store swords and other edged weapons without falling to the Dark Side, it's rare for more powerful weapons to be hidden in such a manner without their owner gradually sinking to madness, violence, and maniacal laughter.

[[ChibiMe]] is the only open practitioner of the Dark Side of the Hammer, but several others (including [[Squata]]) have also used powers and abilities that some might deem...unnatural.

Hammerator

The Hammerator is one of [[ChibiMe]]'s first inventions, though its fiendish design is constantly improved as the evil little guy gets bored and fiddles with it. Originally used against [[Lomgren]], the Hammerator is the ultimate in PG-13 torture technology.

The device is designed to immobilize its victim with a combination of magic, drugs, and force fields projected by the [[Hammer o' Justice]] (the place where most Hammerators are currently housed). It then directly activates the portion of the subject's mind that is in charge of perverted sexual thoughts. Once this mind-control is established, it becomes physically and mentally impossible for the subject to think about anything that doesn't deserve a decent hammering. Using a special dimensional array developed for use against the naughty, the Hammerator then siphons energy from Hammerspace and administers several hundred thousand mallets worth of pain and psychic trauma per minute to its helpless victim.

To date, only two beings have escaped from a Hammerator ([[Lomgren]] and the [[FRE]]), and only one from the new and highly secure Hammerator Chambers aboard the [[Hammer o' Justice]]. It is unknown how many have failed to escape from the devices, but knowing [[ChibiMe]] he's likely to have tested the things on helpless NPCs before deciding they were ready for actual use.

Last Post Wins is a thread on Mayhem where a lot of loose RP takes place, and a lot of leadtaking occured in the past. It is one of the older threads, and is also currently the longest on all of KeenSpot by far.

It has a younger sibling (read: 'evil twin') in [[Last Post Loses!!!!!!]], though it is not quite so sinister as that.

==LPW's Beginnings and a Short History==
Last Post Wins was originally a thread devoted to getting the last post, and thus becoming the winner of the thread. This slowly changed as time passed. A "lead" was introduced, and everyone started trying to get the lead in some fashion. By page 500 or so, loose RPing was interspersed with and also containing lead-taking, and many ways of saying the last poster didn't really have the lead had been invented. False leads, holographic leads, teleporting the lead, finding the lead on the ground where the last poster had dropped it, things like that.

By page 1000, lead-taking had become very rare, and the loose RP had pretty much settled in, with parties, plots, and characters.

At this point in time, only old posters who drop in every once in a while and newbies seem to take the lead, as everyone else is caught up in the loose RPing.

A date of note would be the 18 of April when LPW broke, the winner was Ozlionheart.

==A Short Summary of the Current LPW==
OK, we've got a pavillion, a hotel, curtains flying left and right, shrunken Lommies, evil Chibis, Gods, Goddesses, whole Pantheons, Epic-Level characters, cross-thread plots, people who've come, left, returned, left again, gone up the creek without a paddle, and turned 'round for nowhere, and a [[Lead]] that may or may not exist.

And that's not even scratching the surface. Oh, and it's called LPW!!! by everyone who's... erm... everyone... yeah. We all call it that. NYEH!

...And I'm going to give LPW!!! a duck, just for being LPW!!!

*In overall command of the EGS-DF is [[Ajac]]; however in practice he rarely has to intervene in the decisions made by subordinates, and can be considered "first amongst equals".

*[[KylenPhylar]] is a General and the one responsible for setting up [[Fort Mayhem]]. As such he also has the rank of Supreme Commander of Fort Mayhem.
*[[Teleros]], alongside Ajac, is one of the major recruitment officers via the [[Newbie intro thread]].
*[[Ankhareon]] serves as the local seer, Boardie liason and comicbunny and is responsible for the creation of the [[Operation Lagomorph]] Comics (EGS side).
*[[Piebunny]] has been appointed Chief Historian and is mainly the one who writes the [[Crossover Wars]] Wiki page.

==Strategic Planning Office==
The SPO is responsible for organising the overall conduct of the campaign, all from [[Fort Mayhem]]. He was eventually exposed by [[Loweko]], having earlier been found not guilty during a trial.

*[[Ti-Phil]] and [[Netpoet22]] are staff on the EOU webcomic.

==Recruitment==
*A combination of both conscription and volunteers. Teleros in particular has a habit of signing up newbies when handing out gifts in the [[Newbie intro thread]]. Bunnies already here meanwhile have tended to sign up of their own free will.
*There is also a fight going on between [[Ankhareon|Anya]] and [[Squata]] [http://forums.keenspot.com/viewtopic.php?t=96078 here] to attempt to get the latter to join without attacking other members. As of 1 May 2007 the fight was over with Squata having subdued Anya with catnip, causing it to be declared a tie. Squata then declined joining though invitations have been extended should she attempt freelance work. Squata in turn has offered to train Anya and given her the option of a rematch should she desire to try again. Amazingly the two have left relatively uninjured, and on good terms.

On the forums he tends more towards the lurking habit (partly due to a shyness level rivalling that of [[Drow Bunny]]), preferring to glide through the various threads as they take his fancy, occasionally posting in one or other of the various games, or observing the goings-on in [[Last Post Wins!!!!!!!|LPW]] from the safety of “LurkSpace” (a region much like the [[OOCZone]], except more so). In spite of this, he is currently involved in no less than five RPs, much to his own surprise.

On occasion, he has been known to sneak in and perform "ninja cleanups" of other people's articles on this wiki.

Rumors of him having a life outside the forum persist, in spite of a lack of any supporting evidence.

The '''Driftersverse''' is a space-opera continuity that originated with the Drifters RP, then was revived and updated for Drifters II. Both RPs died prematurely (at least with regard to their pages - both lasted a while timewise, mainly due to too many plot twists on the part of Drifters I and constant bumping of Drifters II); the underlying reason for these deaths has not been firmly established.

The premise of both Driftersverse RPs was that of starships, belonging to multiple alien races, being knocked out of wherever they were before and ending up together in an unknown region of space. They then had to work together to get back to somewhere they recognised.

The Ed Bunny Mysteries are a series of fanfics by [[Piebunny]] based on the Mayhemmers. In the stories, the central character, [[Ed Bunny]], investigates the mysteries of the people of Mayhem City and catches da poips responsible.
An important artifact in the storyline is the [[Maltese Terrier]], a chunk of Dewitchery Diamond carved into the shape of a dog, which appears in the [[Ed Bunny: The Big Case|first story]] and is the central focus of [[Ed Bunny: Return of the Maltese Terrier|the second]].

It is currently in the midst of a crossover with [[Heroes of Mayhem]].

==Setting==

The setting is Mayhem. [[Mayhem]] is a sprawling metropolis presided over by Mayor [[Dan Shive]]. Its Police Chief is [[Berk]]. There are three major gangs in Mayhem: [[Gal-Zabor]], led by the eccentric [[Kraggi]]; [[Felina]] led by [[Brylian_Troy|Brylian Troy]] and [[Svensylsquatostan]], led by both [[sven8705|Sven]] and [[Squato]]. The ritzier end of town can be found near the corner of Steak and Kidney, on which can be found Kuching Towers, home of Brylian Troy.
A massively complex sewer system runs underneath the city and connects every street corner with every other street corner, albeit in a not very straightforward manner. It is inadvisable to go down there, as the water glows green for some reason. However, many lost items somehow mysteriously turn up in the sewer.

At just six months old he was able to find out conclusively who stole the cookies from the kitchen cookie jar: his no-good scumbag brother Larry. After completing his schooling, he took a brief course in detective work and set up his own Private Investigation business.
During the Case of the Ectoplasmic Cheezels, there was an incident with a jackhammer and Ed's head was smashed to a pulp. Doctors managed to painstakingly reconstruct his skull and just to be sure nothing would go wrong again, used solid titanium to help recreate it. Since then, his skull has been pretty much impermeable. Miraculously, there was no permanent brain damage from the accident.
One day, he was hired to investigate a teddy-theft ring, and stumbled upon the biggest case of his life. He eventually cracked the case and with the reward money from the city purchased a new office and hired a secretary. He just recently discovered who sent him the "Maltese Terrier," a chunk of Dewitchery Diamond shaped like a dog, which went missing at the end of the teddy-theft case only to arrive in the mail a few weeks later.
As it turned out, his secretary Madeleine was actually the one behind it, and he very narrowly escaped death when she stabbed him. He is now currently male again, though with those sodas...... who can tell what he's going to be at any given moment?

The Hammer o' Justice is either [[ChibiMe]]'s greatest weapon, his greatest accomplishment, or both. It is a space station some three and a half miles in diameter, armed to the teeth with [[missile]]s, [[laser]]s, [[phaser]]s, [[photon torpedo]]es, [[mortar]]s, [[Combat Drone]]s, a wide variety of painful magical effects, a medium-sized fleet of fighter-ships, and two [[railgun]]s designed to fire asteroids at the planet below. It serves as the base of operations for [[ChibiMe]], and as a home base to himself and [[Auth]]. It is essentially sentient, for every aspect of the Ho'J is controlled by [[Computer]], one of ChibiMe's few self-aware creations (the others being [[Auth]] and [[Gingivox]]).

In the wake of [[VOR]]'s long absence, it has been run by [[Ta]], who long ago snuck his way into [[Computer]]'s ADMIN setting. Ta used it in the [[Crossover Wars]], or rather brought it there and allowed it to use itself. In the wake of the strange events that followed, the Hammer o' Justice underwent Program SGR-7, which apparently involved the strip-mining of a planet for raw materials. It vanished for a while and has just returned almost two thousand miles in diameter and with vastly improved weaponry, including a [[TARVIS]] device at the tips of its railguns. It is unclear to what use it intends to put its newfound power, but it's sure that it will eventually put it to use.

All of the Hammer o' Justice's defense arrays have their generators housed inside their own protective field, and the fields can be reshaped and compartmentalized anywhere within a four-mile radius of the Ho'J.

Piebunny is one of the bunnies on the Mayhem Forums, the creator of such things as [[Ed Bunny, PI]] and The [[Fifth-Dimensional Hardware Store]].

He is famous for his [[Small Blue Big Red Buttons]], which generate random effects when pressed, and cause the universe to implode when pressed more than once in five minutes; and also his song [[Do the Seconding]]. He is considerably less famous for his [http://www.choochoomania.tk Sagas of Choochoomania].

He dislikes the [[NSW Department of Education and Training]] with great intensity.

He is the darling boyfriend/gorgeous hubby of absolutely nobody, as he is a pathetic sadsack loser who nobody in their right mind would want to date. His only hope lies in the simple fact that many people on Mayhem are not in their right minds.

Piebunny has gone through many avatars, the first being one of Ellen. His second avatar was a pie with bunny ears and his third was a cleaned-up version of the same avatar.

==Backstory==

BACKGROUND:
The year is 2150, and things have changed a great deal since the early 21st century. The century that had begun with bright dreams for the future was shattered by a nuclear disaster in the year 2054 that left the Northern Hemisphere uninhabitable and the nations of the Southern Hemisphere reeling. After careful discussion, they realised that their only hope of survival was to band together into a single World Government, which first convened in 2100, at the beginning of the 22nd century. "This," proclaimed the first President of the Earth, Jack Nolan, in his inauguration speech on the 1st of January, 2100, outside Earth Parliament House in Sydney, Australia, "is the beginning not only of a new century, but a new era for the planet Earth and humanity."
He was right. Just twenty years later, scientists working in a Johannesburg laboratory announced an astonishing discovery. The Universe, they said, was not flat. It was the skin of a massive cosmic sphere, inside was complete nothingness. The scientists dubbed this nothingness the "Intravoid", though it was coloquially called "hyperspace".
"But," people cried, "how come none of our spaceships have ever penetrated the Intravoid? Surely travelling towards the interior would eventually take you there!"
The answer was simple. One cannot reach the Intravoid by travelling through the conventional four dimensions. Or, to quote Douglas Adams, one cannot travel "at right-angles to reality". It required a special method.
One that the scientists eventually came up with five years later. It involved cutting a hole in the fabric of space-time and sealing it with gates that could open and close. These gates were made of a special material called "Continuonium" which was actually partly made up of the fabric. When sets of gates were set in a line, one could move through the first gates, then after they closed, through the second and into hyperspace. However, one required a special vehicle to safely travel through hyperspace or else they would die in the void. To this end, the same scientists constructed the TRAnsport via INtravoid machine, or TRAIN. The TRAINS were also constructed of Continuonium, and could thus safely navigate the Intravoid, cutting normal travel time through regular space-time drastically.
In 2135, a massive space station was put in geostationary orbit above Sydney. This was Earth's Grand Central TRAIN Station, and all across the universe, at every human outpost, similar satellites were going up. This was the beginning of the era of the TRAIN as the standard for interstellar travel.
The gates had to be placed on space stations because if placed on a planet's surface there was a very slight chance that the gravity would muck up the process and send said planet spinning into the Intravoid. A very slight chance, true, but the scientists weren't willing to take any.
And so, we come to today. All across the universe, humans are travelling from star to star via hyperspace. From Earth to Alpha Centauri to Betelgeuse, TRAIN stations link outposts together. And who knows what the next day will bring?

==Setting==
Various TRAIN stations scattered across the universe. Ultra-modern space stations with artificial gravity. The largest are similar to major airports.

==Notes==

*One can not travel through time with a TRAIN, and nobody has yet figured out how to travel through time at all. If they could, then they might just go back and stop the Cataclysm from happening, now wouldn't they?
*We have found alien life, but unfortunately not much of it is particularly bright.
*Genetic engineering has progressed to the point where most genetic diseases have been wiped out. No super-soldiers yet.
*People can and do have implants such as flexible wrist-panels for watching television and the like. Everybody has an ID chip under the nail of their right index finger which contains details about them and their money. Nobody uses cash anymore.
*People were uncomfortable with the idea of androids, so most robots are just small roverbots that run around on caterpillar treads cleaning up garbage and the like, and hoverbots that use repulsion fields to levitate off the ground and clean windows and what-have-you.
*Artificial intelligence has progressed somewhat, but has not yet reached human intelligence.
*I'd prefer no animal parts, genome technology hasn't advanced that far yet.
*Mars has been terraformed, yes. Hell, it was the first planet to be terraformed.
*Your character can have small detachable cybernetic wings which flap when the brain tells them to. Nifty for cosmetic effect, but otherwise pretty much useless.
*There is one administrative subgovernment per continent, however Antarctica remains unsettled.
*Same-sex marriage is now legal worldwide, and homo/bisexuality has grown slightly more accepted.
*Teens now have the same legal rights as adults, however they still need to finish high school and/or uni to get a good job.

The Massive Flaming Plane Crash Thread

A thread started by [[Piebunny]] in which there is a massive flaming plane crash (as if you hadn't figured it out). So far the passengers have had to deal with shrink soda, a dragon, a possessed plane, a nuclear explosion, carnivorous [[Following Plants]], a ridiculously overpowered character, the perils of economy class tickets, a potentially plot ending communication device (It was destroyed. Twice, just to be on the safe side), and an unstoppable superweapon that turned out to be considerably more stoppable than previously anticipated. (See below.) They have now managed to reach an [[The Island|island]], where they have discovered that they are not the first to arrive there...

Meanwhile, high above their heads, several spaceships ([[The Giant Spaceship Thing O' Doomness]] and [[The Hammer o' Justice]], to name two of them) have discovered each other. It is unclear what the hell they are doing in the story in the first place, but... meh.

==Major Incidents==

*At one point, another ship opened fire on the Hammer of Justice, thinking it had a bounty out on it. They used something called a [[D-Gun]], a planetbuster that had some pretty shocking effects on the Earth, even though it was not specifically shot at the Earth.
* The incident also resulted in sending a large portion of the ships crew to earth, as they took the 'fall in' order from General Store quite literally.
*This one guy on the crew of [[The Giant Spaceship Thing O' Doomness]].
*A bump to Page 1 which manifested as a universal tremor and a slight reconfiguration of some minor details, such as the colour of [[MFPC Piebunny|Piebunny's]] hair.
*A spaceship falling to Earth which hasn't quite hit yet.

Unlike his [[KFPB|undead female counterpart]] from [[KeenFans RP 2.01]], the version of [[Piebunny]] appearing in [[The Massive Flaming Plane Crash Thread]] is alive and kicking, and male. He was one of the passengers on the ill-fated [[El Cheapo|El Cheapo Airlines]] Flight 13, and escaped the demonically-possessed plane with the help of pop culture, shrink soda, a T-shirt, his amazing transmutation of liquids and a good old-fashioned dose of hydrochloric acid. He now resides on [[The Island]] along with [[Cameo]], [[MFPC Ciennas|Ciennas]], [[Liona Sabarac|Lia]], [[Burningblood]], assorted crew of [[The Giant Spaceship Thing O' Doomness]] and [[Following Plants|assorted]] [[Obscene Ferns|strange flora]].
 He has orange hair and no eyebrows, due to certain events.

Dimitri Dul Neru

Dimitri Dul Neru is a vampire lord and a close friend of Frike. In D&D terms, he's a Great Wyrm Green Dragon with the Vampire template (and several other templates) applied over the course of a couple thousand years. His favorite colors are green, silver, and white; he's fond of long flights under a gibbous moon and a cloud-striated sky; and he's looking for ladies with shapely necks.

Dimitri is currently spending a lot of time in "human" form, appearing as a still-muscular old gent with grey hair and clothes that suit his color scheme. He carries his battlespear or his sword in this form, and looks to be working on re-establishing an empire he once ran.

Dimitri is the closest thing to an overpowered character that [[VOR]] intends on playing anytime soon, so meddle with his affairs at your characters' risk. Dimitri is polite and well-spoken, but he is by NO means Good, and the most recent third of his life has been spent bored to tears over a lack of a challenge to his prowess, so he's willing to engage in combat with anyone who seems like a worthy foe at the drop of a hat.

TeddVerres is a frequenter of the forums, and resident angry '''male''' psychopath (So screw [[Squata]]!). Known for his short volatile temper and knack for getting into arguments on everything from religion to grammar, he has been complained about behind his back, which woke him up, and he now spends his time trying to regain his lost respect. He enjoys making it clear that he is male and Canadian. He has a bad habit of bailing in RPs after they've barely started. His current avatar shows his character TeddVerres(Parody of EGS character, Tedd Drew Verres, with open shirt, no glasses, and purple goatee) with a werewolf costume for halloween, as well as a ribcage on his head in honor of an EGS guest comic.

He used to have truly atrocious spelling and even worse grammar, which irked [[Cameo]] quite a bit; she was known to complain about this, which in turn pissed off TeddVerres, and it quickly devolved into endless sissy slap-fighting with occasional jello fights - nah, I'm kidding. It ''did'' make their relations rather strained, though. However, he's improved a lot since his early bunnydom, much to her relief.

*When he joined, TV was the youngest bunny on the forums. It was trumped in less then a month with the addition of [[Kiloku]].

*TV has mistaken both 10.0.0.1 and BobDaDuck for women, and Kum-El for a dude.
*TV will be appearing as a dark padawan in Hero's of Mayhem, which is weird for him, as he's never watched Star Wars.
*TV lacks 3 imporants genes: The gene that allows him to laugh at his mistakes, the gene that allows him to laugh at having practical jokes that cause any uncomfertable feelings pulled on him, and the gene that allows him to take critisism lieing down. This has sometimes lead his parents to believe he is mentaly unstable.
*He appeared in [[Ed Bunny, Private Eye: Moider Most Foul]] as a guard at Mayhem City Prison.
*TV made one Fanfic for the Keenfans comics. It was not recieved well by most, although a couple people in it got a chuckle. It was also famous for placing an actually Male bunny in a female role due to TV's, at the time, loose grasps on the concept of gender.
*When he's bored, TV enjoys talking in a wide variety of fake accents, from British, Rustifarian, Canadian, Brooklynn, French, German, Scottish, Irish, and several others
*TV used to do an amazing Crocodile Hunter Impersination, but quit after his death.
*TV spends most of his spare time either: A. Coming up with crackpot ideas for comics, B. Writing crackpot stories, or C. Coming up with crackpot Sitcom ideas by the bucketfull.
*In real life, TV has a weird quirk where he slips into a New York accent everytime he says "Hot Dog".

Modlike Warning

The Modlike Warning is the name given to the warning that the Admin will give you if he judges you guilty of breaking the societal and cultural laws the Bunnies have set up (consciously or subconsciously) amongst themselves. It means that the Admin finds your behavior distasteful, and shall keep an eye on both your username and your IP address. If the behavior continues, the Admin will check with other Bunnies to make sure that the behavior is in fact disliked (for even the Admin is not perfect, and can be annoyed by things others are fine with). If it turns out that other Bunnies agree with the Admin's assessment of the situation, then bannage shall ensue.

Dimitri Dul Neru

Dimitri Dul Neru is a vampire lord and a close friend of Frike. In D&D terms, he's a Great Wyrm Green Dragon with the Vampire template (and several other templates) applied over the course of a couple thousand years. His favorite colors are green, silver, and white; he's fond of long flights under a gibbous moon and a cloud-striated sky; and he's looking for ladies with shapely necks.

Dimitri is the closest thing to an overpowered character that [[VOR]] intends on playing anytime soon, so meddle with his affairs at your characters' risk. Dimitri is polite and well-spoken, but he is by NO means Good, and the most recent third of his life has been spent bored to tears over a lack of a challenge to his prowess, so he's willing to engage in combat with anyone who seems like a worthy foe at the drop of a hat.
