== The Setting ==
This universe is one of the many in the scape of [[War!|the war thread]], save one difference.

In ''this'' universe, the war between Svensylsquatostan and Gal-Zabor was nothing more than a verbal dispute that was resolved within hours.

Mr.Big never appeared.

The [[Catkin|Cat-Kin]] never massed.

On good terms with Svensylsquatostan, Gal-Zabor began exploring the terrain on the opposite side that bordered their land; the wastes of the Great Fall.
They explored its nooks and crannies diligently, finding buried treasures, mutants, and magical beings formed from the unstable magic, though nothing to Kraggi's interest, until they stumbled into a small area of land near what were once the Rocky Mountains.
Under the protection of one of the last remaining mountains, a small patch of land remained unblemished by the Great Fall's corruptive touch.
A large prairie, along with a small Lake and forest, remained vibrant.

The speck of nature in an otherwise unnatural desert, Kraggi deemed the land be named 'the speck of mold on the potato', to which Ann promptly changed the name to 'Mossy Knoll', based off the initials of a figure she knew from a series of pleasant dreams.
Kraggi immediately lost interest in it, while Ann saw it as the perfect isolated vacation spot.

The small location was quickly leaked to the public, and soon people sharing Ann's vision started asking to be brought there.
Kraggi quickly sent a large group of zombies to construct a town center in the grassy plain so that a small village could be maintained there, and thus, Mossy Knoll was born.

:Unfortunately, the city is infested with something very, very bad, and nobody has gotten around to cleaning it. Complicating the matter is the nature of the infestation; not only does it drain loose energy very quickly causing spells to fizzle, but it acts as a black hole of the dead - anybody who dies within it will be trapped there until retrieved or the effect collapses.

==Layout==
Fort Mayhem's layout has not yet been gone into, but it is known to possess a landing area for aircraft and a vehicle park outside. There is a central control where the [[Restricted Artificial Intelligence|RAI]] is set up, a medical facility, and a main meeting room. There is also a library in the basement. 
The control room also hosts the [[Mayhem Physics Department]]. Formerly a broom closet, [[Ajac]] gave it to [[Teleros]]. Quite what goes on in there is not known, but catgirls are advised to stay well away...

==Defences==
*Self activating laser turrets that will only target enemy soldiers. May or may not be shielded from magic.

Mayhem Laws of Physics

Believe it or not, there are actually many laws of physics that govern [[Mayhem]], although even these are frequently broken. These generally are, however, vastly different from those of [[Earth]].

==Some of the Laws==
0: The GM Rule: What GM says, goes. Meaning you if you don't listen.

1: Don't piss off the bartender of the RP. You usually get blasted or hit by

2: Super Bouncer. The bouncer of said [[Kylen's Interdimensional Bar|bar]] is uber strong.

3: No ID Checks.

4: If a character is being played by [[Kum-El]], someone will fall in love with him before the day is done. 
4a: She will, most likely, be someone played by [[10.0.0.1|10]]. 
4b: Even if the character is deliberately anti-social. 
4c: The only exceptions seem to be if the RP dies a quick death.

5: There WILL be one character everyone, including the writer, hates.

6: If there are no powers or magic, expect Super Tech.

7: 10 will play a female with a screwed up past.

8: No matter how weird or abnormal, people will ALWAYS be accepted, and able to find 'true love'.

9: 10's girl will likely prove the above rule correct.

10: School RPs always have a love potion of some kind.

11: [[Lesbians]] will always outnumber gay boys by a factor of at least 3.

12: There will be at least one [[anthro]] or morphing character. Period. 
12a: [[vampiress_kat]]'s character will usually fill this role.

13: Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.

14: The GM is always good to the people, but only if they think Stalin was a good guy.

47: There are always at least two characters who start out unable to speak English (or whatever alternate common language is in use, if not English). 
47a: But they will be able to communicate through other means. 
47b: The mute guy will still manage to be a smartarse. It's amazing how well signs work for that purpose.

48: At least one character will have/has a sibling with a military background.

49: At least one char will have an animal cohort.

50: Anyone who controls Electricity will have found out about their ability by frying their Computer/MP3 player/Phone/Robot Dog.

51: All of Yun's characters are at least bilingual. 
51a: Even if he has to make up the second language himself.

52: At least one of Kylen's characters will be curtained for violence or otherwise at least once in the first 200 pages of said character's involvement in RP.

53: What happens BTC doesn't always stay BTC.

54: BTC will always mean Behind the [[Tasteful Curtain|Curtain]].

55: If a character has a secret that they want to keep hidden from other characters, it will always always be revealed when they think no-one is watching. 
55a: They will do one of two things: Tell nobody, or tell everybody. There is no middle ground.

56: Certain characters always seem to be quiet for strangely long periods of time before suddenly speaking up, while others are always talking.

57: If something is revealed OOC it will be revealed IC within a page or less.

58: Fawe's characters will be stalkers at least once in the RP.

59: the Mike Kent Rule: Romance Sense SUCKS!

60: Any bad habits held by a character will be broken by another.

61: Anything that is set up for a cliché ending will have said ending.

62: There will be a Wiki in under a month or 2 of no plot movement.

63: There will always be a diagram of the dorms, but not the important places.

64: Six months of character development will be crammed into two days of action because the thread moves too slowly. 
64a: No one is ever knocked out for a week.

65: If a character says that he/she is "Invincible", "Indestructible", "Unbeatable" or "Immortal", they will be proven very wrong in the next five pages.

66: The little girl always kicks the big guy's butt.

67: Kylen's characters get shagged within a day of meeting a significant other.

68: There is always at least one catgirl.

69: No, your character may not have 'One-Winged Angel' as their theme music.

70: No PC is ever really unremarkable.

71: The GM is not only god, but usually in love with irony.

72: While a day may take 200 pages to go by, a plane trip will only take two.

73: Nothing important happens during time warps.

75: Themes are kick ass. All important characters have one.

76: Anyone with a peculiar accent or speaking habit will generally drop it.

78: If someone makes a point to say something is useless or ordinary, it most likely just looks that way and is REALLY useful and exotic.

79: One hour must take at least 3 days OOC.

80: Wounds heal improbably fast as well.

81: Don't question DEM. Ever. 
81a: DEM can be what ever the hell it wants to be.

82: Evil plotting will always occur OOC, also Murphy's Law has particular sway IC.

83: People in love are always at Murphy's mercy, of which there is none.

84: Characters may have Asian names, even if they have no Asian heritage whatsoever.

86: Kum-El will have a free male. Ten will have a free female.

108a: Expect lycanthropy and/or white foxes.

109: Any female that [[Kalga]] plays will completely overshadow his male characters. 
109a: She will be a crybaby at some point.

110: All of [[vampiress_kat]]'s characters will either have a very large or infinite storage space of some sort. Even if it defies logic. 
110a: ESPECIALLY if it defies logic.

111: All of Kalga's female characters will be catgirls. Or godesses. Or something like that.

112: Don't let Kalga in a game. He WILL make it about catgirls.

113: If it's funny and you've seen it in a Warner Bros. cartoon it probably either has happened or will happen to Will Page. 
113a: The odds of this increase if it's a Law of Cartoon Physics.

114: 50% of characters involved with magic will end up with an Evil Clone or such. 10% of non-magical characters will also have this happen to them. 
114a:30% of those clones will be weaker than the main, 30% stronger, and 30% the same strength. The last 10% will be both stronger and weaker than the main. 
114a1: Refer to the quote "He may be stronger than you, but you have one thing he doesn't. 'Blank'"

115: Females played by Author-Man will probably be named after something he heard in an anime once. Or a gemstone. One or the other. 
115a: They also fall into one of three basic personality types. Antisocial bitch-queen, chronically insecure shy girl, or endearingly perky. 
115b: His males tend to be jerks.

116. All Characters made by [[Bain]] are jerks. 
116a. Except for the [[Bain]] in Fort Mayhem.

117. If the RP has any sort of fight, [[catldr24]]'s character will be knocked out, even if they have to do it themselves.

118. When Mind-controlled-bunny@_@ RPs a female in a non-loose RP, the RP will fail for reasons unknown.

119: Anyone who makes a joke about Kalga's character Hel, and things freezing, or having no chance in; will be executed.

120. If [[A Fan|May and Mal]] are in the same RP, the former will drive the latter crazy at frequent intervals.

==Exceptions==
There's always a few who want to go around breaking the rules, eh? Here are some of them.

15: Magical School's Nurse.

== The Setting ==
This universe is one of the many in the scape of [[War!|the war thread]], save one difference.

In ''this'' universe, the war between Svensylsquatostan and Gal-Zabor was nothing more than a verbal dispute that was resolved within hours.

Mr.Big never appeared.

The [[Catkin|Cat-Kin]] never massed.

On good terms with Svensylsquatostan, Gal-Zabor began exploring the terrain on the opposite side that bordered their land; the wastes of the Great Fall.
They explored its nooks and crannies diligently, finding buried treasures, mutants, and magical beings formed from the unstable magic, though nothing to Kraggi's interest, until they stumbled into a small area of land near what were once the Rocky Mountains.
Under the protection of one of the last remaining mountains, a small patch of land remained unblemished by the Great Fall's corruptive touch.
A large prairie, along with a small Lake and forest, remained vibrant.

The speck of nature in an otherwise unnatural desert, Kraggi deemed the land be named 'the speck of mold on the potato', to which Ann promptly changed the name to 'Mossy Knoll', based off the initials of a figure she knew from a series of pleasant dreams.
Kraggi immediately lost interest in it, while Ann saw it as the perfect isolated vacation spot.

The small location was quickly leaked to the public, and soon people sharing Ann's vision started asking to be brought there.
Kraggi quickly sent a large group of zombies to construct a town center in the grassy plain so that a small village could be maintained there, and thus, Mossy Knoll was born.

A Fan:

A god/dess of gender change from the Discworld. Prefers to be called H unless you worship hir. Played by [[A Fan]] and, after boozing in the [[Kylen's Interdimensional Bar|Interdimensional Bar]], was placed in the first [[Discworld RP]]. After the death of that, ze was shunted via interdimensional portal of mysterious origin to the [[MKRP|Mossy Knoll]], where ze presently resides.

==Origin==

Ever since some dwarves decided to "come out of the chainmail" and embrace their femininity, some sentients have found themselves questioning whether they should be the gender they actually are. Naturally, a wisp of divinity who was feeding off scraps of uncertain belief in Ankh-Morpork's Temple of the Small Gods caught on to this trend and supplied a few ideas to a few impressionable mortals. Soon, word spread that hope for the gender-confused could be found in the understanding arms of Hermaphrambiguæ. Since it was a choice between faith in a new god or asking wizards to try something, most of the targetted audience went with the god.

==Powers==

According to the same sort of logic that puts crowbars in the boxes you open with them, only a neutral judge can truly determine what your proper gender should be. Therefore, belief has shaped H into quite possibly the most gender-confused being in the universe. His/her godly anatomy is in constant flux, like Ranma Saotome in a tub of boiling ice water. Surprisingly, H has managed to pull off a few gender changes, but since the changed person usually forgets about his/her godly benefactor, H has found it wiser to hoarde believers and perform the changes in an annual festival, and threatening those fortunate souls whose bodies get it right for once that the change will undo itself unless their worship continues. (True, but only if H's believers drop from dozens to a handful.)

==Status==

H has discovered that the TF shop in the Mossy Knoll acts similarly enough to a dedicated temple to provide a power boost while ze is inside it. Ze has only one supplicant at the moment, and the two have just bought the shop from its previous owners.

The TB combines the gene-splicing power of the TF Gun with the proportion distortion of the Chibification Pistol, allowing for even more transformative goodness. It projects the familiar green beam when transforming, a pink beam when chibifying, and a bright orange beam when transmogrimifying (the combination of transformation and chibification.)

A Fan also gives out Chibification Pistols to newbies when he gives them newbie packs. This may or may not be part of his plot to terrorize the Keenforums with a legion of loyal, Transmogrimification Blaster-armed stormtroopers.

'''A Fan''' joined the Keenforums in September 2006. He is, as his name implies, a fan of many things. Magic: the Gathering, Futurama, Love Hina, Discworld, and more than fifty webcomics occupy his interests, among many other things. He has a tendency to relate anything and everything to his interests, especially Magic: the Gathering, and especially when the thing in question comes in groups of five.

A Fan is one of only two Bunnies who has been mentioned but has yet to appear in [[KeenFans]].

==Avatars==

A Fan's first avatar was a chibi Justin holding a few trading cards, available from the EGS site itself. (The avatar, not the cards.) He then switched to one of Gleemax, the giant alien brain-in-a-jar rumored to run Magic: the Gathering Research and Development, for October 2006. His current avatar is a fancolor of the Creepy Child/Chaos/whatever the thing's actually named.

==Morphological Weaponry==

Similar to a TF Gun, the Pistol fired a pink beam that could super-deform anyone struck by it. The Pistol's settings ranged from "Standard human" to "Kirby."

Since receiveing the customary [[TF gun|TF Gun]] as part of his [[Newbie pack|welcome package]], A Fan has combined the two devices to form the Transmogrimification Blaster. The TB combines the gene-splicing power of the TF Gun with the proportion distortion of the Chibification Pistol, allowing for even more transformative goodness. It projects the familiar green beam when transforming, a pink beam when chibifying, and a bright orange beam when transmogrimifying (the combination of transformation and chibification.)

A Fan also gives out Chibification Pistols to newbies when he gives them newbie packs. This may or may not be part of his plot to terrorize the Keenforums with a legion of loyal, Transmogrimification Blaster-armed stormtroopers.

==Wiki Activity==

A Fan has a nasty OCD that forces him to make category threads that don't technically exist. If there's a humorous or sarcastic comment or a quotation from something on a category summary, there's a decent chance A Fan was there.

He also does the same thing with links to nonexistent pages, but puts greater restrictions on himself when doing so. He refuses to make threads or categories if he feels unqualified to do so. So there.

He also categorizes any article that is homeless at the time, even if this requires the creation of a new category. His ultimate goal is every article in at least one category and every category to be a subcategory of another category, with only [[:Category:This category does not exist.|two]] [[:Category:Categories|exceptions]]. This appears to be a point of contention between him and [[ChroniclerC]].

A Fan introduced himself formally after rolling the blue midgets into a decent sized Katamari, setting the tone for his existence.

In short, A Fan is a walking repository of bizarre pop culture references, and always appreciates it when those references are understood. Combining his imagination and the awesome power of fandom, he can transform into or manifest anything from anything he is a fan of, with modifications always possible. (This sums up [[Jesse the Awesome|Jesse's]] power quite nicely as well) He loves to alternate between stabilizing and agitating the chaos around him. He recently managed to do both simultaneously by causing a field of catnip to grow in the vicinity of catgirlized [[Squata]]. A Fan appears to have an unexplained vulnerability to the powers of the [[Drayco|Artmoogle]], and his own powers are largely nullified while he's transformed by the son of a kupo...

A Fan does have something of a temper, though it takes quite a bit, like repeated puntings across the forum, to provoke his ire.

A Fan was briefly deceased , after a loophole in the fine print of the universe caused him to forfeit rights to his physical body. [[Keenfans Piebunny|Piebunny]] led him to the Elevator to Heaven, but the cable snapped due to the weight of his accumlated sin, and his shade is currently sealed in a fetching silver-and-gold gauntlet. Aloof, distant, and superior. In Logos' opinion, not only is he better than everyone, he can calculate how much to eight places. He disdains almost everything that requires physical activity. He loves mysteries, and even permits others to help him solve them in the unlikely event such assistance is required. (His words, not mine.) He has a deeply buried insecurity about his frail frame and rarely leaves his hoverchair.

==Abilities==

Logos was designed with brainpower in mind (no pun intended.) Telekinesis, clairvoyance, and empathic telepathy are all at his command. Sadly, muscle mass and bone density had to be sacrificed to provide genome space and protoplasm for his oversized head, so one good thwack to the noggin can put him out of commission, if he doesn't see it coming.

The telekinesis is similar to that seen on Homestar Runner characters. Basically, it gives Logos a number of "hands" to manipulate nearby objects. The range is about a foot away from his body unless he focuses. The clairvoyance is rather powerful, allowing Logos to send his [[Eyes|"mind's eye"]] out to view things in a wide range. However, he doesn't have clairaudrience, so it's a picture without sound. The empathic telepathy just means he can sense emotions. If he really concentrates, a few surface thoughts come in, and he can communicate mind-to-mind.

Ever since some dwarves decided to "come out of the chainmail" and embrace their femininity, some sentients have found themselves questioning whether they should be the gender they actually are. Naturally, a wisp of divinity who was feeding off scraps of uncertain belief in Ankh-Morpork's Temple of the Small Gods caught on to this trend and supplied a few ideas to a few impressionable mortals. Aloof, distant, and superior. In Logos' opinion, not only is he better than everyone, he can calculate how much to eight places. He disdains almost everything that requires physical activity. He loves mysteries, and even permits others to help him solve them in the unlikely event such assistance is required. (His words, not mine.) He has a deeply buried insecurity about his frail frame and rarely leaves his hoverchair.

==Abilities==

Logos was designed with brainpower in mind (no pun intended.) Telekinesis, clairvoyance, and empathic telepathy are all at his command. Sadly, muscle mass and bone density had to be sacrificed to provide genome space and protoplasm for his oversized head, so one good thwack to the noggin can put him out of commission, if he doesn't see it coming.

The telekinesis is similar to that seen on Homestar Runner characters. Basically, it gives Logos a number of "hands" to manipulate nearby objects. The range is about a foot away from his body unless he focuses. The clairvoyance is rather powerful, allowing Logos to send his [[Eyes|"mind's eye"]] out to view things in a wide range. However, he doesn't have clairaudrience, so it's a picture without sound. The empathic telepathy just means he can sense emotions. If he really concentrates, a few surface thoughts come in, and he can communicate mind-to-mind.

A Fan, the Keenfans persona of [[A Fan|the Bunny with the same name,]] first appeared in the [[KeenFans RP 2.01|KeenFans RP]] when an off-hand statement of "There can only be one" caused a number of ferocious woad-dyed pictsies better known as Nac Mac Feegle to swarm the thread. A Fan introduced himself formally after rolling the blue midgets into a decent sized Katamari, setting the tone for his existence.

In short, A Fan is a walking repository of bizarre pop culture references, and always appreciates it when those references are understood. Combining his imagination and the awesome power of fandom, he can transform into or manifest anything from anything he is a fan of, with modifications always possible. (This sums up [[Jesse the Awesome|Jesse's]] power quite nicely as well) He loves to alternate between stabilizing and agitating the chaos around him. He recently managed to do both simultaneously by causing a field of catnip to grow in the vicinity of catgirlized [[Squata]]. A Fan appears to have an unexplained vulnerability to the powers of the [[Drayco|Artmoogle]], and his own powers are largely nullified while he's transformed by the son of a kupo...

A Fan does have something of a temper, though it takes quite a bit, like repeated puntings across the forum, to provoke his ire.

A Fan was briefly deceased , after a loophole in the fine print of the universe caused him to forfeit rights to his physical body. [[Keenfans Piebunny|Piebunny]] led him to the Elevator to Heaven, but the cable snapped due to the weight of his accumlated sin, and his shade is currently sealed in a fetching silver-and-gold gauntlet. After possessing a passing satellite, he was able to reconstruct a physical body using some generic organic material generously provided by the Artmoogle.

The empty mind of the previous body was filled with whatever seemed like a good idea for a catgirl to have. She is therefore affectionate, curious, and has a sweet tooth the size of Saturn. Though most of A Fan's reality sculpting powers were removed from her, she still has the gold-and-silver gauntlet that houses A Fan's soul, which means she can summon him as a shade whenever she wants, usually to conjure up snacks. She can also supersize herself into an eight foot tall anthrosabertooth, especially when asked to share treats.

It projects the familiar green beam when transforming, a pink beam when chibifying, and a bright orange beam when transmogrimifying (the combination of transformation and chibification.)

A Fan also gives out Chibification Pistols to newbies when he gives them newbie packs. This may or may not be part of his plot to terrorize the Keenforums with a legion of loyal, Transmogrimification Blaster-armed stormtroopers.

The Golden Sun RP takes place about twenty years after the end of Golden Sun: The Lost Age. It's currently open, though it has begun.

==Story==

It is twenty years after the creation of the Golden Sun. The eight Adepts who saved the world and restored alchemy have gone on to be it's caretakers; each one guarding his or her element and preventing misuse. Prox is no longer militant, and has rejoined society and the world at large and is regaining some of its ancient glory. It has a fairly large tourist industry, too!
But all is not well. Despite the efforts of the caretakers, there are still those who would misuse alchemy. Enemies both old and new are gathering their forces. An ancient empire that is not Lemuria or Prox is preparing to begin their conquest anew, and a certain Mercury Adept is out to gain the power he believes he deserves...

Tunep wears a loose tunic, pants, and hair all in the required watery color scheme of a Mercury Adept. He usually has an unfocused, dreamy look on his face. He has normal skin tone for the area and no unusual markings.

Tunep is a dreamer, not a fighter. He considers Psynergy to be an art form, and often practices Psynergeticly assisted ice sculpture. He isn't a pacifist, however, and won't hesitate to defend himself...provided his mind is with the rest of us at the moment.

An ongoing game in EGS Mayhem, the point of the Battle of the Pics is to post a picture that "beats" the previous picture.

==History==
Battle of the Pics was started Tuesday, March 28th, 2006 at 19:56 PST. The first picture consisted of a group of jelly donuts. They were soon eaten by the next post, a picture of PacMan. RIP little guys.

==Gameplay==
Gameplay in Battle of the Pics consists of posting pictures that "defeat" previous pictures. Sometimes this may mean that the submitted picture is just a better picture than the one before. Most often, however, it means that the subject of the picture would beat the subject of the previous picture in some way. An example of this would be posting a picture of a fox after a picture of a chicken, as foxes eat chickens. Other examples would be posting a gun after a knife, a rock after scissors, or even Tom Cruise after Oprah Winfrey's couch.

A known crazy guy, JONJONAUG has the following traits.

A decent writer, although most of his works have much death in them. If he will try to edit his works to reduce violence, he will inadvertently increase the amount of violence.

One of Mayhem's many resident perverts, he will often set off a naked-V5-TF-Nuke if it suits his fancies at any given time.

JONJONAUG will mostly appear in [[MKRP]], but can also be found in the First Kraggi War RP, and occasionally in [[LPW]] if he isn't scared away by the super-RP that has taken over the once simple thread.

JONJONAUG is a huge fan of anime, including [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Devilman the Devilman OVAs], Ranma 1/2, FLCL, Fullmetal Alchemist, Kashimashi, Trinity Blood, Paranoia Agent, Samurai Champloo, and many others.

JONJONAUG is not a mean person in real life. However, that will not stop him from writing evil stories or being very evil in Mayhem.
