Oh, and Katrina obviously her real name.<br /> <br /> == Physical Description ==<br /> Despite being 26, Katrina looks 14. A pretty teenager with long red hair and dark green eyes, to be sure, but still a teenager. As such, she's forced to wear 'age appropriate' clothes most of the time. These normally include skirts and dresses, as long as they're not to cutesy.<br /> <br /> == Personality ==<br /> Half the time Katrina hates having a young adults mind in a teenage body, the rest of the time she's using it to her advantage. Unfortunately, a lot of that muscle has turned to fat. Though in this early fifties, Daniel looks ten to twenty years older, the price of his live fast and die young lifestyle. Despite being built specifically for the DF, it was sidelined and ignored in favour of mercenary forces from the very beginning. In fact, out of the DF command staff, only the late Sub Commander Star really acknowledged the vessel. Therefore, when the disenfranchised crew were approached by those who represented Amon's legacy, they were more than happy to side against their erstwhile superiors.<br /> <br /> Since then the CD has been damaged, repaired and modified many times. However, it's capacities are still basically the same. Designed for ground support and attacking stationary targets, e.g., space stations, it only possesses two offensive weapons. The first is a front mounted [http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/WaveMotionGun.com Wave Motion Gun]. As before this weapon can fire various different energy types as either a wide or thin beam. The former is far more powerful but can only shoot straight forward, while the latter can be fired anywhere within a 45 degree arc with pinpoint accuracy.<br /> <br /> Supplementing the main gun is the Memetic Scrambler. Mounted on the underside of the craft, this fires a wave of energy that scrambles electronic devices and stuns living beings. Previous, this energy was calibrated not to effect Bunnies and their equipment. With the CD's change of ownership, this obviously isn't the case anymore, and unfortunately for the DOD, they don't have the knowledge to calibrate it for their own troops. Nonetheless, the Scrambler is still a powerful weapon, even if it now suffers from Friendly Fire issues.<br /> <br /> Defensively, the Carrot Death is even more formidable. In addition to shielding, an armoured hull and a Lurk Field, it has multiple defensive weaponry. The first is the [[Phoenix Drone]] bay located at the back of the craft. The drones themselves are based on the old Sekar model fighters, except remote controlled via the DOD's patented FTL communication system. In addition to the twin Tesla Cannons and Hop-Scotch jump drives, they having massively improved plasma engines. This increases their speed and manoeuvrability, as well as allowing them to act as missiles against larger targets.<br /> <br /> Mounted on the top are the three Particle Blast Cannons. What they lack in power they more than make up in speed, allowing them to shred attacking squadrons of fighters or missile barrages. And finally, along both sides are three lines of Firing Windows. These allow the crew to plug in their own weapons, which are then boosted from the CD's own power supply. Normally they're manned by by [[D.O.D. Mooks|Mooks]] firing [[F-Beamers|personal F-Beamers]], augmented to vehicular level, but it would be unwise to assume this is always the case.<br /> <br /> Manoeuvrability wise, the Carrot Death can maintain combat manoeuvrability at 0.03% of the speed of light and has a maximum speed of 0.05% SoL. For FTL purposes, there's a Dimensional Jump Drive, though this takes ages to program and lock on.<br /> <br /> Finally, there's Candi, the ships AI. For the time being, at least.<br /> <br /> Carrier's are less battleships and more mobile spaceports. Designed to surport, resupply and repair smallers crafts, they appear as massive semi-sphere 2500 feet in diametre. The flat surface acts as a landing platform for anything bigger than a gunboat and is covered in various docking and repair machinary. The front part of the sphere is covered in nodules, from which the multible mechs and gunboats launch. And finally, two 1200 feet engine blocks stick 45 degrees out the back, to propel this goliath through the void.<br /> <br /> As stated, these aren't battleship, so have no offensive weapons. However, their PD is top notch.
