Experiment K214, known affectionately as Mira, is a young female experiment in genome manipulation created by NexStep Genetics. She has wings, electrical powers, and a timid demeanour.

Along with a large number of others - some of whom were eventually retrieved or proven killed, but others who remain unaccounted for - Mira escaped from the facility in September 2008.
