Kelly Felicia Parker-Benson is a character in Wingies, who is widely considered to be completely off her nut. For one thing, she twice suggested that the front lobby be decorated entirely with fish. She came to the Wingie complex from Sydney, Australia.

Notes

• Her wings are huge, white, fluffy and angelic.
• She questions the usefulness of Red Bull in a place where everyone already has wings.
• She split off from KFPB within the mysterious borders of the Chatzone.
