Colonel Mondale is the avatar of Silver, one of The Colors.
He is a GUDF Marine colonel of the old school, who deeply distrusts the other client races of the Galactic Union, despite not overtly showing it.
He first appeared in a poorly-drawn comic by MDM, along with Eve and Hail.
