Zombies are reanimated corpses, whether through magical, viral, or madly scientific methods. They hunger for brains and other human body parts. Zombie bites are fatal, and those killed by the bite become zombies themselves. Zombies don't mind losing a limb or two, and in some cases, the limbs can act autonomously. Shotgun blasts to the head and fire are proven anti-zombie weapons.

Not to be confused with shippers, who still breathe and smell slightly better.
