	Similar in nature to [[PAC]] or [[GatC]], OOCMe is the voice of the guy who writes under the name "[[VOR]]". OOCMe's appearance is intentionally left rather nebulous, but his attitude is best described as "a mite frinky, whot". Unlike his OOC Authory brethren, OOCMe is not afraid to take a sometimes-active role in the [[ICZone]], occasionally appearing in several places at once.
