You could stick to your guns and claim the friend is lying. It would be too embarrassing to admit the truth. You could admit that the friend was telling the truth, but tell them another lie. You're already embarrassed at having been caught in a lie, no reason to tell them the truth! You could admit that the friend was telling the truth and admit that you're naked by choice. Fuck it, they've already caught you, might as well come clean.
