You go out about to offer your help man the man on the stretcher jumps up and bites you. You push the man off but are shouting in agony.The bite Is huge and your are missing a finger. You fall to ground in Pain screaming. After about 10 minutes on the floor the pain is complete gone and your able walk. You seem a man hiding in a corner..... And you eat him.
