You, not knowing if you are fully dialated or not, push with all your might for ten seconds. Breathing for a second or two, you repeat the process. You do this for over two hours, and you are extremley tired, but you keep at it until you hear crying sounds and you feel less tense. You grab the baby and clean its nose and mouth, and you realize that you are bleeding badly. Before you can do anything about it, you pass out.
The next time you wake up, it's about seven. You are so weak that you can't even sit up. You have stopped bleeding, but you know that if you don't do anything, you will die. Your child, a boy, is okay and alive. What do you do now?
