You tell the sallow-faced man how you infiltrated von Carstein's organization and what you learned about his plans.
"We must act quickly," you conclude. "Do you have any idea what kind of destruction such an amount of warpstone could cause? Right now those barrels could blow up half the city any minute, and the gases would kill anyone who survives the blast."
"Yes, thank you, this situation will be taken care of," the man calmly assures you. "I'll put men on this case as soon as I can."
"We should seal all accesses to the sewers and send men to scour every square inch of the undercity," you say, a tad impatiently. "We don't have a minute to waste. Thousands of lives are at stake."
The man rings a bell. A moment later, four watchmen enter the office.
"Arrest this individual," he orders them. "He knows too much."
You stand dumbfounded as the men surround you. Is there no one you can trust? Desperate, you draw your sword to slash your way out, but one of the watchmen points a pistol at you. Another comes by behind and hits the back of your head with his club, knocking you unconscious.
