You pass the phone to the duck. He talks and quacks and presses keys on his computer.

"So that's how that's done!" he says.

The printer whirs and pages slide out of it. The duck nods and thanks the techie before hanging up.

"Thanks for your help," the duck says to you. "Now that that's out of the way... Would you care for a drink? My treat."
