Let Alia kill her

You've already made the decision to side with Alia. In for a penny, in for a pound, you think.
"Go ahead," you whisper.
Alia raises her right leg high above her head until she's doing a full 180 degree standing split. Then she brings her leg down blindingly fast onto Leila's skull, shattering it and sending blood, brain matter, and pieces of skull bone flying around the cell. You look at the other woman with some admiration. That move is something you like to do sometimes. Very few women can pull it off. You hope the killing was justified.
Using Alia's hairpin and your lock-picking skills, you open the cell door and slip out. The two of you make your way towards the exit. On your way out, you stop to grab some weapons. Although you would love an assault rifle or a shotgun, you both agree that it's best if you only take concealable weapons. You take a Browning 9mm pistol and Alia chooses a Smith & Wesson. You each also slip a couple of grenades into your pockets. Then the two of you sneak out of the police station through an unguarded side door.
When you've traveled a safe distance away from the station, you pause to consider your next move. "I can lead us south to Jordan," says Alia. "I'm a smuggler. I know all the secret routes. I can get us to safety."
Alia's offer does sound tempting - if she's telling the truth. Or, you could go west towards Lebanon. You know that area. You would have the advantage dealing with both outside enemies trying to catch you or Alia if she isn't who she says she is.
