You gently take Ashley into your arms, and your lips touch. The kiss is soft, and lasts only a few seconds, but you both know what it means.
You break the kiss and hold Ashley's hand as you walk to the front of the meeting room. Trent stands up and taps on the lid of a trash can to get everyone's attention.
"There's a huge power void right now," he announces. "We've never had an entire gang exterminated all at once here... until today." He gestures to you, and everyone smiles and claps. "We need to move fast to fill it. Someone has to seize the former HQ of the now-extinct Ace 360 gang."
