You pretend there's nothing wrong with having a bat in your ass. You pick up the maid's skirt, wipe your dick with it, then get dressed and walk out. You walk a bit funny because of the bat.
For the most part, you're able to fake your way through the next few days without anyone noticing anything odd about you. You keep trying to get the bat out, but it's wedged up your butt but good. Before you get up the courage to go to a doctor, enough shit builds up inside you, unable to get past the bat, that your intestines explode and you die.
