Survival of the Colossi
From Create Your Own Story
You live in 3200 B.C. Greece, in a stone building, which is repeated in a pattern every 10 metres, like city blocks. You see, you live in the most advanced city on earth. The city is called Vox. Vox has conquered all the surrounding regions, and is the most powerful force on the continent. You work as Chief Assistant to the High Councillor. You answer only to him. You are a tall, strong, forbidding man, with cold eyes. You wear red robes, with a long hood hanging down over your face, blocking others from seeing your face. The building is rectangular shaped, with no walls, but lots of vertical columns placed strategically in diagonal rows so that no one from the outside can see inside. You walk between these columns, drawing nearer to the center, where the prisoner will be interrogated and then judged by you.
You enter the small circular ring. You sit down at your stone desk. On it is the Convicted's case. In front of you is the prisoner, staring up at you with pleading eyes, being held from behind by an elite guard. You hear the crowd outside, and know they are waiting for an answer. You decide to:
