A Russian diplomat speaks to President Eisenhower and visitor Canadian President Louis St. Laurent, demanding Alaska and the cold parts of Canada (the northern parts) to reunite and become part of Russia once again, in exchange for 40 million USD, which the offer is rejected. Now over the next 9 years, a Russian and an American scientist has secretly been meeting and have set a conspiracy concerning the Soviet demands
1959, Washington DC, CIA HQ
" Alright Bond, I have a task for ya' to do," announces M. "Soviet Union and the USA are in bad terms, but an American and a Russian have secretly been meeting, and that sneaky American's currently in Alaska, or even in the Soviet Union"
"So what's my task? Am I to force the answer out of that guy, or what is it?" you wonder
"First, go to either Canada or Alaska to see any suspicious meetings. If not, report back here for further detail. In fact, you can choose. Do you want to take a higher risk in the Soviet Union, or go to Alaska and Canada to take on a minor mission for now?"
