The cat comes closer to you. You continue crying and shaking with fear. The cat puts a paw onto your lap. It looks up at you straight into your eyes... or through them anyway.

You are about to back away, when suddenly the cat turns into...a human! A small ghostly looking boy. His ice blue eyes stare at you, and you stand up to try to run away... but then trip and fall onto the floor.

• Curl up in a ball and wait

• Yell at him to please just leave you alone. That you will do anything if he just stops.

• Put out your hand to him to see if he is really there

• Tell yourself this is just a dream. To close your eyes, count to three, and then he will be gone.
