On the road again

We get back in the road. We’re all sitting in our same seats. Mom occasionally glances over at me during the drive. I can tell she can’t wait for my order. The problem is I don’t exactly know what to ask. Should it be something that enables me to do touching, should it be something small like fingering, or big like sex? I can think of a few things that might be hot, but what would mom like the most?
