WALK OUT ONTO THE STREET

You make your way down the alley toward the street. As you emerge from the shadows, a beam of bright sunlight strikes you. You squint and look down to shade your only working eye from the glare. On the sidewalk in front of you, you spot a brightly colored sheet of paper with large bold lettering. As you reach down to pick it up, someone roughly bumps into you. "Watch out!" a woman shouts as you struggle to keep your balance. You glance up at the backside of a tall woman as she briskly strides away. Someone else brushes by, nearly bumping you. "Jeez, get up off the ground." It's a large man in a black business suit. He's standing over you with a sneer on his face. "Rough night?" he asks. You struggle to recognize him, but again there's no recollection of anything at all.
