The door is unlocked a you walk in, set your tool box down and look around. Nobody's here. So you start looking around. Parts laying around everywhere a desk in the middle of the room, small file cabinets and a wall locker next to a door that says- Boiler Room. So you walk in slowly not so not to disturb anyone. You enter a huge room, there's a lot of pipes running all over, and conduit everywhere.
You turn a corner and see two girl making out.
