"It's the perfect day outside today" Mary thought as she walked into the Williams building. As she took the elevator to the 5th floor she bumped into a group of colleagues.
"Mary, it's so great to see you! How was your break?" asked Dean Richards as soon as she stepped in.
"It was swell! Thank you for asking" she replied.
"Ready for office hours today?" he asked.
"What do you mean? I thought today was a planning day" Mary said with a frown on her face
Dean Richards smile, "Yes, that's still true, but today we also have an open-door policy so that students can inquire about course choices"
"Great! Thanks for the heads up. I'm sure the stream of students into my office won't be too steady, " Mary said as the elevator doors opened and she stepped out into the hallway.
