Since you are God you should go to where all the God stuff happens, the Vatican. You use a little God power and land in the middle of the Vatican. Nobody sees your arrival and you look around. Theirs the usual tourist, a family with a beautiful mom and what looks like blond triplets who are around 16 or 17 and a field trip of girls from a all girl catholic school complete with the school girl outfit are the two most interesting. You could also just revile yourself or go talk to the Pope or just visit Rome.
