You ditch the silly donkey ears and tail, since you want the police to take you seriously. Then you walk boldly into the local precinct, naked as the day you were born. A bored-looking policewoman is sitting behind a desk, doing paperwork.
"Can I help you?" she asks, without bothering to look up.
"I hope so," you say. "I was kidnapped by an awful man who sexually abused me!"
"Take a seat over there," the policewoman says.
She points to a row of chairs where a couple of men are sitting, apparently waiting for officers to speak to them about something.
