What is 'God State'?
It basically tells you what you are considered as in that world. This can be affected by the actions you take in and though out your time playing through Genesis. If you do bad actions, for example, Cause a plague, your State will go down accordingly.
Here is the list of the states. With Heavenly being the highest and Horrific being the lowest.
