"Boltie, dodge it," you say. That's seems like a cool name. Bolt
Boltie successfully dodges the attack, and the claws rake the air where Bolt was standing. "Now, Thundershock!" you say. The attack successfully hits, due to being close range. "Charmander, Ember," says Zeppy.
The flame hits Bolt and she flinches. Both Pokemon back away from one another.
"Now," you say "Tail Whip!" "Growl!" The two attacks cancel each other out, as Tail Whip lowers Defense but Growl lowers attack. Growl doesn't lower special attack, you think "use thundershock" The attack hits a surprised Charmander. "now bite" Boltie uses it's little fangs to bite Charmander's arm. Then she slams into him with Headbutt, and he falls, even though the bite and headbutt were weak from Growl, because he has not a lot of defense form Tail Whip. Charmander doesn't get up. You've won!
Boltie's level is 6 now! according to the Poke Dex. You hug her. Zeppy just slaps 6 dollars into you hand (because Charmander's level 6) and walks away. Now you have 506 dollars.
Everyone's gone. You decide to be on your way. With Boltie walking by you. You head out of Pallet town. Even without Pokemon, you know you'd be safe. After all you are a highly trained black belt in mixed martial arts, and have a dagger in your jean jacket.
