I don't know what someone hopes to accomplish by this, but why not just make that an option instead of eliminating all possibility of further brutality, or getting away with the rape scott free? Please, there's tons of points in this and other games where things the 'player' doesn't control is an option. As for you not liking brutality, and pointing out other rape things, both points are moot.
