Arrest Dragon

You try to arrest Dragon. Immediately Dragon jumps on you and says "I am the one arresting YOU. In the name of the time police, canine devision". You are pinned to the ground by your timetravelling dog. What do you do? 

   * Unpin yourself. Try to unpin yourself and continue with the arrest

   * Reason with Dragon. Reason with Dragon

   * Scream. Scream loudly for help
